What is love? It is when I feel myself physically connected with another, dependent on him and he on me so much so that I cannot exist without him, and he cannot exist without me. Such a state obliges us to care for one another.

Question: So I have a desire for him to feel good all the time? For him to be happy?

Answer: I think about him because by doing so, I also ensure my own well-being.

Comment: You are not destroying this egoistic foundation. You are not destroying it; it always remains.

My Response: And it is necessary. You cannot get rid of it. It is like in a couple who love each other; it is egoistic love. They understand that without each other, they will feel worse. And they care for one another because in doing so each one is really caring for oneself.

Question: Then when does war, hatred occur? At what moment?

Answer: When those bonds are broken. When I stop caring about the other, I begin to fight with him. There can be no peace. Peace can exist only when we are dependent on each other, when this dependence is mutual, and when we absolutely must be together.

Question: So your main advice is to build such connections that can never be broken?

Answer: Yes.

Question: In everything, be dependent in everything?

Answer: In everything. That is how it is in nature. That is how it is in the global nature, in the  cosmos, everywhere is the same.

“The one who points out your flaws is not always your enemy, and the one who praises your virtues is not always your friend.”

My Response: This is absolutely true. The most important thing for a person is to correct oneself along life’s path. And someone who points out your flaws is doing enormous work on your behalf.

In order to discover these flaws on your own (let alone correct them), you would encounter countless obstacles, bang your head against them, and get into trouble. People sometimes end up in prison, get free after a few years, and have to start all over again. But if someone can truly point out your shortcomings, and you are able to feel them, understand them, and recognize them, that person spares you enormous suffering.

Comment: Yet we often consider such a person an enemy: “He exposed my flaws, he humiliated me.”

My Response: Humiliation is a different matter. I can feel my flaws and still rejoice that someone has pointed them out to me. But the one who says nothing, or even flatters me, perhaps he does so maliciously so that I will not pay attention to the corrections I need to make.

Question: So it is not in vain you keep saying that someone who criticizes you is closer to you than someone who praises you?

Answer: Yes, of course.

Question: Do you listen to someone who suddenly tells you something about yourself?

Answer: I very much wish I could.

Quote: “What happens, happens at the right time.”

My Response: We must accept this apriori as an axiom. The thing is that everything comes from the world around us and has its own path of development. Therefore, all that unfolds in front of us comes from this great mechanism in which we exist as small participants.

We need to understand that everything happening around us in society or in the universe as a whole occurs according to a vast plan, and we are within this plan. Our task is to fit into this plan, not to change the external flow by any means, but to correct ourselves so that we adapt to it.

Answer: Yes. It has come on time, properly and correctly. And suddenly I begin to understand the correctness of everything that happens and how perfectly it suits me.

Question: This sounds very much like a Kabbalistic approach. That is, instead of focusing on the pleasure I receive from the water, I turn my thoughts to the one who dug the well for me. Should a person behave this way in life, for example, by digging wells for others in turn?

Answer: A person must feel that everything he has around him and in the world was given to us by our ancestors who left it behind. And we must do the same for others, and for future generations.

My Response: That depends only on the person.

A person is essentially unhappy. He is given an egoistic desire, a foundation, a character, an aspiration, but only so that he may correctly sense in advance what to avoid and how to adjust himself. Yet he uses this desire in the wrong way.

Question: Is that why he opens the door to misfortune?

Answer: Exactly. He keeps stepping on the same rake. Imagine there are “rakes” placed on the ground to show you the right path and to guide you to walk between them. But instead, you constantly step directly on them. This wrong perception of life stems from the fact that we relate to it totally incorrectly. That is, in fact, we fail to understand that egoism itself shows us how to walk properly and what to avoid. But we use it in its direct sense, and so we step on the rake again and again.

Question: Why is fear given to a person?

The first one: “Having thought, make up your mind, having made up your mind, don’t think.”

My Response: Yes, it is good. As a rule, if a person decides, then this is an act that comes out of the innermost part of his desires. Therefore, if you have already decided, implement it. Otherwise, it will be a regression.

Comment: “Water takes the form of a vessel into which it was poured. And a person gets good or evil from his friends.”

My Response: Yes, a human is a vessel. If he bows himself before society, friends, and comrades, then they fill him up. It takes its own form, but the content is theirs. And thus, it can move forward.

Question: Is this how a person can find himself by standing up to others? But he thinks otherwise.…

Answer: No! In fact, he preserves himself because he is nothing more than a vessel. And the filling from a good society will move him forward.

Comment: “It’s easier to find 10,000 soldiers than one general.”

My Response: It really is. Our world is full of soldiers who rejoice in obedience, because, as they say, “The less you know, the better you sleep”; life is easier. And being a general, of course, is difficult, and there are few of them. There are very few outstanding people in nature and in society.

Question: When they talk about a general, do they mean responsibility and care?

Answer: Of course! This is a serious leader. And besides, he is responsible not only for himself. A real general is responsible not only for the soldiers, but also for the people behind the soldiers, whom the soldiers are called upon to protect. So it is not easy to be a general. These are not today’s generals.

Question: So when a person gets rich, he pays attention to wealth, and everything is an empty head?

Answer: Yes. It is the opposite of kindness, the opposite of wisdom. Wealth contradicts wisdom. It does not happen at the same time as wisdom. Sometimes, at the end of life, people suddenly start to doubt: “Why do I need wealth? I’ll give it away…” But that is not it. What you have ruined in your life by striving for wealth all the time and existing for it is beyond repair.

Question: So there is no such thing as rich and wise?

Answer: No, these are special states that perhaps only a few people in the world had, when wealth did not limit or darken their wisdom. For example, King Solomon, etc. These are characters that we have very little idea about.

This is only when a person could substitute both wealth and wisdom for the Creator.

Comment: “To lend money to a friend is to lose him.”

My Response: Yes, that is, you should be connected with a friend only by friendly ties, and in no case by material ones.

My Response: There is no good thing. So, from this moment onward, you are no longer friends. No way. Because there are other types of communication between you.

Answer: I always decide for the maximum benefit of society because I know for sure that this is what the Creator wants.

Question: In general, we probably do make mistakes?

Answer: It does not matter. You do not know what would be in the other scenario. And so I imagine where would be the maximum benefit for the Creator. What would the Creator want me to do? And in general, that is for the benefit of society, for the people.

Comment: All this propaganda and gaslighting penetrates every nook and cranny. It is the psychological manipulation of a person that makes him doubt the correctness of his own thoughts and leads to a loss of confidence and dependence on the manipulator.

My Response: This gaslighting wants to explain to a person that they are being controlled. In general. And a person should feel that he controls himself. And then there is a single combat between a person and someone who encroaches on his independence.

Question: Is this really an attack?

Answer: Yes! What else! This is enslavement. Well, what can you do? Such is the world.

Comment: Basically we see that almost 90 percent or more are subject to enslavement.

My Response: And they want it!

Question: So a person should resist this, simply not want it to the death?

Answer: He should not do that! He just needs to understand that he can be subjected to such an attack, and that he will no longer have freewill after that. And to avoid this, he must build himself up.

My doubts are so great that I do not know where to put a foot down! There is no where I can place my foot in this life; I do not know where to step. This is a wonderful state! This is when you have only one thing to do—a possibility to turn to the Creator and feel that you depend only on Him!

That is all. This is the most reliable and the most correct.

Question: Are you saying that we can only rely on Him and no one else?

Answer: Of course. If He gives us such states that we feel that there is no one else besides Him, this is great salvation.

Comment: It would be nice to come to this state. Then the solution about apartments, sneakers, cars, whom to follow…

My Response: Let these questions constantly arise, any questions, but I would only find answers if I aspire to the Creator. Then everything is solved along the way.

Comment: But this is not easy!

My Response: Otherwise we cannot do anything. These constant doubts are all necessary for us in this life. Everything comes from the Creator, in my egoism it turns into doubts, into indecisiveness, into questions.

I send all of these back to Him together with my egoism. I cling to Him. In this state, I am awaiting the solution, and not simply a solution, I await the action so the Creator Himself would do it and carry it out. It is like you take a baby, put him in front of you, and move his legs, teach him how to walk. This is the way.

Question: This is beautiful! What you said I can relate it to any question at the lowest everyday level?

Answer: At any level.

Question: Up to the highest one?

Answer: Definitely

Question: And then will I hear the answer? If I tune myself, will I hear the answer?

Answer: Since the Creator is perfection that includes everything, for Him, in the creation there is no a small, insignificant, or a big event. They are all equal.

Question: Are you saying that small steps of this little person, a child, they all lead to daddy, to father? He wants us to walk there gradually, with little steps?

Answer: Obviously. You just have to feel that He is placing your feet and directing you to Him precisely with the help of these questions, failures, states of uncertainty, and so forth.
