Question: Why is the first reaction of a person under stress to get drunk or take some kind of sedative? Is there any substitute for this?

Answer: The best substitute is not to be alone with the cause of the stress, to break away from it. This happens if I am in a group that immediately starts discussing the cause of stress and working with it, that gives me all sorts of advice, their empathy, and solves this problem for me.

This is the only real solution because it is a solution. It is not escaping it, not postponing for the future, but working together with others on what caused stress in me.

Others understand my stressful state and take it upon themselves. And I, understanding that they take it upon themselves, as if, overcome the stress. Then I feel that, in principle, I received this state precisely in order to pass it on to them and so that by engaging in this and correcting the cause of stress, they would connect even more with each other.

This can be compared to the way some organ in the body begins to send an SOS, and the whole body instantly comes to its aid and takes it upon itself to compensate for the problem in which it found itself.

Thus, shifting the problem to the rest of the body, it gets out of it. This is the only way to really correct any cause of any stress.

Our brain is a holographic system that is connected to the brain of the universe, with all the brains, if I may say so, of inanimate, vegetative, animate, or human beings at the general level of information, energy, that archives transmission of all data and their reproduction.

We all represent one single system, only each of us feels it as much as he can enter into it, solidify, and work in it.

Why is Kabbalah called “the science of reception”? Although each of us is now on the far periphery of this common, global holographic device of the entire universe, Kabbalah allows a person to enter it and perceive everything that is happening within the immense collective desire and thought on all levels.

It is like a holographic image that is created with lasers at different angles and which can then absorb an absolutely infinite amount of information. But while each of us has not yet entered this picture, he perceives only his small part. Therefore, sometimes he perceives it from a certain broken angle. In the material world, this is characterized by us as some kind of psychological, psychiatric problems.

Kabbalah tunes a person to enter and exist within this n-dimensional holographic picture. This is the state we must achieve. This holographic volumetric system is the authentic universe.

My Response: This is a good incentive to study. Later on the next higher degrees, when you are already advancing toward bestowal, you will find out that this is not the most important thing. But, in general, we must take care not to live life in vain.

At least you have a chance; the rest is in your hands. I give you everything I can, I hide nothing. I even pull out of myself such things that if I think carefully, are too early for you to know. I talk too much, maybe not for today’s generation level. Therefore, I seem so strange, unreal, and not quite adequate.

Then, after a couple of years, the things I was talking about happened. For example, I delivered a report about the crisis in Arosa back in 2005, and a few years later, everyone began to talk about it.

That is, I try to give everything and even more. In the blog, I also write for the future. In addition, we invest a lot in the system of integral education and upbringing. Antisemitism will disappear only after the final correction that should happen in the world. But it is still more useful for the peoples of the world to follow their natural impulses as little as possible, which will eventually turn against them anyway.

In the future, we are to see that everything they have done against the Jews (after all, the Jews are a completely spiritual structure) will indeed become a horrible experience for them.

However, this is necessary for correction. As far as you go down, you go up, and at the same time you go through such opposing forces.

The people of Israel can exist if they unite or at least have an inclination to unite, i.e., that they have a certain plan of how to realize their unity in the future. If there is no motion at all toward unity, then the people of Israel are simply not the people of Israel.

Where do the people of Israel come from?

The people of Israel come from the 70 nations of the world that once lived in ancient Babylon around 3,500 years ago. At that time, Abraham the Patriarch taught anyone who wished to unite and be part of a unique group that would come to feel how to live in mutual support and brotherly love, i.e., to reach “love your neighbor as yourself.” Various people from these 70 nations heeded Abraham’s call, came to learn from him, and he guided them to unite.

From the point of their unification, Abraham gave them the name “the people of Israel,” with “Israel” coming from the words “Yashar Kel” (“straight to the Creator”). That is, this group became united by a common aim at the upper force of love, bestowal and connection that exists in reality, which Kabbalists call “the Creator.”

There are two forces in nature: the force of unification and the force of separation. There is no good or bad, but only these two forces. Those who wished to associate themselves with the force of unification received the name “the people of Israel.” They were people who came to Abraham from various Babylonian nations, and Abraham made a new nation out of them. It is not a people or a nation in the biological sense of the term. Everybody is different by nature, but they became unified according to the law of “love your neighbor as yourself.”

In the roots of the people of Israel, there is unity among different people that makes everyone equal and creates this unique society.

Today, we can see the vast extent of variety among the people who make up that nation. Each person is a world in and of themselves, but while each one is their own world, there is a mutual disregard of one another.

The State of Israel is also unique in that, unlike other countries, it cannot exist if there is no unification among its inhabitants. However, as divided as the people of Israel currently are, they still prosper. Why? It is because we have been given a certain kind of extension. We can exist in order to reach unification because we nonetheless emerged from the diaspora. There is a gathering of exiles in Israel and we have to build something common in order to witness what it means to do something together, and to be together.

Nature’s higher plan organizes us together in one place so that we start understanding the meaning of our togetherness, i.e., so we come to know that we cannot get along harmoniously here without a method of unification that merges us together in a positive fashion, and which can then sustain our nation. Otherwise, we will continue enduring an increasingly divisive and bitter path into the future.

That is why we need Kabbalists: to explain and teach the method of unification, which has the power to unite the people of Israel and evoke the positive force of connection that dwells in nature into human relations.

Comment: There is a parable about a young man who came to the sage with a request to accept him as a student. “Do you know how to lie?” The sage asked. “Of course not,” the student replied. “And do you know who to steal?” – “No.” “And to kill?” – “No.” “So go and learn all this,” the sage exclaimed, “and when you learn how, don’t do it.”

My Response: The sage was a Kabbalist!

Question: Do we really have to go through all this, to steal, to serve time in prison, to kill someone, even within ourselves, and all of this to become a man, to become a sage?

Answer: Of course. One must go through everything. Then he will become a great man. He learns what the real quality of the world is.

Question: Is it the quality of stealing?

Answer: Stealing, lying, robbing, and then he will rise above it.

That’s what we have to do. By nature, we have only a bad quality; it is egoistic, egoism.

Question: Are we thieves?

Answer: Yes, all of us. And from the Creator we received the commandment “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Question: How He twisted it all! He just let us be the last and said: “You must love your neighbor.”

Is it only a wise man who needs to go through everything? Because here a disciple came to him to learn how to be a sage.

Answer: Yes.

Question: And what about a calm, normal, ordinary person who does not dream and does not want to be a sage?

Answer: There are no commandments for him.

Answer: Yes. And what should be demanded from him if he does not have a bad quality, if he doesn’t feel egoistic?

Answer: I, of course, perceived Rabash in the form that he already had gone through all these stages, these terrible stages of revealing egoism in himself. And then he corrected it and discovered the opposite qualities, the positive ones.

Question: So he found it all in himself all the time?

Answer: Yes.

Comment: It’s hard work.

My Response: Everyone who is bigger than the other is more egoistic than the other.

Question: And he is given even more work? So maybe it’s better to sit quietly on the sidelines and not feel like this?

Answer: Then you will be like a beautiful flower or like a kitten.

Question: Fluffy. To live a life without discovering this dragon in yourself?

Answer: There are some religions that call for this and give their adherents generally good advice, the basics.

Question: How can you not touch this evil in yourself? To live like this?

Answer: But what can you do?

Comment: And Kabbalah is the opposite.

My Response: It begins by saying that the Creator confesses: “I created evil.”

Question: Tell me, will everyone come to this or only those who want to become wise men? Will everyone want to become wise sooner or later?

Answer: No, it is not that they want to become; everyone will discover this in themselves. The world will come to a completely positive end. But before that it must reveal absolutely all the negative qualities in itself.

Question: In the meantime, only the ones that break out should reveal this?

Answer: This is what we are trying to do with ourselves.

Question: Why do these units suddenly break out of the crowd?

Answer: They adapt the Torah, that is, the method of correction, to our world in each generation.

Question: Do they pass it on themselves?

Answer: Yes, of course, on themselves, how else?

Question: So those who want to become such wise men, to go through all this on themselves, are necessary for the world?

Answer: They are preparing the world for correction.

Question: And what does their correction give to the world ?

Answer: The basis. Thanks to them, the world is being corrected.

Question: Is there such a concept as lovers in the spiritual world? For some reason, many married people, especially now, in addition to the family, have a lover or mistress.

Answer: Nowadays, due to the growth of egoism, a person lives quite a long time. Previously, people lived 30 to 40 years. And even earlier, people died at the age of 20 to 25. Then the life span gradually increased to 30 to 40, 40 to 50, and 50 to 60 years. Today people live to be 90 years old.

In this state, the problem of if we can withstand such an age psychologically arises? For example, some studies claim that the increased incidence of cancer is due to the fact that we live longer. If we lived 20 years less, we would not develop these tumors; and another 20 years less, perhaps they would not exist at all. There are diseases that are provoked by a long life.

So today’s divorces come from the fact that people live longer. They cannot live together for so many years.

First, our egoism has become very big. In addition, it is always searching for something because it is not satisfied with many things. What can satisfy it? Sex is the greatest and most accessible satisfaction in life.

It turns out that in the end everyone begins to justify their infidelity. This is probably not even called infidelity because it has become an ordinary thing.

I think that in the next few years there will not be a family that would live its whole life in one marriage.
In principle, in our time, sex, alcohol, drugs, and football are designed to cover general dissatisfaction, some kind of general hopelessness, and a general lack of confidence. At least that is a way to blow off steam. This is the shake-up that modern man needs.

Therefore, in no case can I criticize anyone. I understand how necessary it is in our world.

This can change in accordance with the change in a person’s attitude toward the world and toward life, not even in a person himself, but in his environment. As long as the environment becomes softer, it will provide a person with security, as long as a person will feel morally balanced and satisfied in it, so he will be less drawn to all sorts of problematic games and their relaxation in the form of sex. Then things will be much calmer.
