Answer: We need to change our hearts so that we really reach out with our hearts to each other and feel each in his heart the heart of a friend.

Now, after the convention, the Creator wants to give us a new condition. If we rise above it, we will really move forward. How? Very simply. The connection of hearts!

Question: We notice that after each convention we get undesirable states because the Creator gives us a lot of light of Hochma. How can we produce more light of Hasadim? What is the difference in our work?

Answer: Our work depends on the aspiration of our hearts to each other. The light of Hasadim is the light of a correct, heartfelt rapprochement. This is what we are lacking.

Question: At the hour when the judgment falls, as it is now, and at the hour when, God forbid, it will be the darkest before dawn, what feelings and sensations should we experience?

Answer: That all this is being done for our sake, and we must move forward in a greater and greater connection of everyone with everyone, and thus we will overcome all obstacles.

During these difficult days when the people of Israel are in a terrible crisis and broken hearted, we can have only one desire: to forget about all the differences between us and unite above all of them, precisely in spite of them. This is what will lead everything to correction.

We can still hear mutual accusations about who is to blame for what is happening and where it all started. But the fault lies with all of us. Everyone should feel this catastrophe happened and is still ongoing because of themselves. Everyone is obliged to feel this way and not blame others, but only oneself, because each one is guilty of not acting with all one’s might to reveal the connection between us.

Therefore, we, the people of Israel, must connect as one man with one heart.

There is only one way to change the situation for the better; it is through our connection. In the end, all of humanity must connect into one system, one person called Adam.

It seems there is no way we can talk about connection when there is such hostility and differences of parties and opinions. But inside each person, there are enemies, different parties and opinions. We include everyone within ourselves, and each person contains everything that exists in the world. But despite all this, we all need to connect and feel responsible for world peace for everyone.

As a result, we need to reach a state where our connection will be above all restrictions and above all the disturbances.

It is like a group of climbers making their way to the top where the strongest go first and cut the steps for those behind them.

This is how we should follow the great Kabbalists, learn from their books, and do what they advise. And if we follow all their instructions exactly, we will definitely succeed.

They do not hide anything from us. If they do not write about everything, it is only so as not to confuse us who are like little children that are too young to read adult books. Therefore, Kabbalists reveal this wisdom gradually, more and more, until we attain all the perfect creation in full.

Michael Laitman, On Quora: “Does the global support for Israel following the start of the Israel-Hamas war encourage the people of Israel?“

Indeed, more than 80 countries expressed their support for Israel following the tragic events of the 7th of October, but as to whether such support encourages us, I’d have to say the contrary: it weakens us.

The strength and the future of the people of Israel does not depend on how others relate to us, but on how we relate to each other.

I do not feel any assurance from an upsurge of global support for Israel. We need to secure our future by ourselves through building relations of love, closeness and mutual consideration among each other. It is this construction of positive unifying relations that made us a nation in our very beginnings. We were originally not a nation, but a group of people who gathered under an idea to achieve love above our differences, and it was this form of connection that made us a nation. If we realize such attitudes to each other today, then no one will have any complaints against us.

Moreover, it is incorrect to think that the global support for Israel following the initial Hamas attacks on Israel’s civilians will help the world better understand and feel Israel’s side in the ongoing conflict. People can empathize with others when they can incorporate in their feelings, but the quality that made the people of Israel a nation is beyond our inborn nature, and thus nobody can incorporate in it. I thus also have no criticism on how people in the world relate to the people of Israel.

In order to truly receive a favorable response from the world, it is written, “When the Lord delivered them from Zion, it seemed like a dream. Then they said among the nations, ‘The Lord has done great things for them’” (Psalms 126:1-2). In other words, our unity draws a special force that comes to protect us, and when this force dwells in our connections, we draw a supportive response from the world.

We thus need to unite in a way where we are always there for each other. Such unification will draw a force that will protect us, and we need not be concerned about anything other than uniting and drawing this unifying force.

The horrors of this war have revealed how unhealthy the state has developed within our people, and our separation is the reason for what happened. Our duty is to correct ourselves and the whole world together with us, that is, to direct it toward unity.

The understanding must come in every heart of the people of Israel that unity is above all other calculations, above who becomes the head of government and what demonstration to attend. We have received a terrible blow, but it will quickly turn into mutual accusations, litigation, and disputes, and will provide plenty of food for the press.

Therefore, it is impossible to return to the same state that was in the people. We have already seen what this had led to and we do not want this to happen again; we want to enter a new world, that is, a new relationship, as it is written in the Torah: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”

All sacrifices that accompany the long-suffering history of the Jewish people must not go in vain. Let them become the payment for our unity and correction of the whole world, and let them help all people understand that everything depends on their heart.

Our main weapon is our heart. If this heart unites with the hearts of friends, and if we direct this common heart to the Creator and give Him a place where He can enter, we will turn the whole world in the direction of complete unity between everyone. We just need to start, and then the Creator will finish this work for us.

We cannot blame each other and push each other away. On the contrary, we must feel that we are one person, one heart, one people, one group. We are together in one shelter from which we can leave only if we have reliable weapons. And this reliable weapon is our unity, with the help of which we can expand the walls of refuge to the entire width of the globe and turn all of humanity into one person with one heart.

We are talking about internal and not external unity. That is, not that we are on the same territory, in the same country, but in the same heart. And as far as this heart becomes a common one, the Creator enters it.

Question: What should be the preliminary preparation in order to come to the prayer that will be a real weapon?

Answer: It should come from the heart. The power of prayer depends on the strength of the connection between us, on how much we will be as one man with one heart, on how much your friends will enter into you, join your heart, and from this common heart you turn to the Creator.

Question: Should we convey to people that hatred should not be for the enemy, but for the war?

Answer: Hatred should not be toward the enemy or the war but toward our egoism. Only toward it.

Question: If a person unites with one’s friends, then in this he or she reveals the single force that acts throughout the world?

Answer: Yes. Exactly. We must draw closer to each other so that the Creator, as a single force, can reveal itself in our unity.

And then we will see, learn, understand, and feel everything that is really happening in the world: the causes, consequences, and our actions.

Question: When a Kabbalist connects with the Highest through his group, how does he look at what seems to be happening in the outside world outside the framework of his connection with his friends?

Answer: This happens outside the framework of his unity but together with his unity with his friends because we have not yet reached a state where the power of our unity can change everything for peace. And that is why we work in this way.

The power of our unity can change the world. It is the strongest! Through the power of unity we can convince the Creator to do whatever is necessary. After all, we reach unity, and from unity we cannot do wrong.

Then we turn to the Creator in a completely different way based on our new circumstances, from what we feel in the unity. And so we will move forward. We will as if guide the Creator as a common universal force, and He will fulfill our desires although, in principle, they will be the same as ours.

Question: If we can control the Creator from the point of unity, then we will be able to cancel His control, such as, for example, bombs or some other unpleasant things?

Answer: Yes, it is said that the Creator as if designs, and man cancels. And we will be able to cancel all the bad, unnecessary, harmful influences on our world from above.
