The Feeling of Faith

585.02Question: The sages write about dry land in which there is no strength to pray, there is no rain; that is, about a great egoistic desire without light. They also write about faith that should become our dwelling place in the world of bestowal. I cannot understand what needs to be added to that land where there is no rain for it to come to life?

Answer: The feeling of faith should become the universal fulfillment of a person. In this case, a person will begin to feel the Creator.

Question: Is it an addition or a correction?

Answer: It is a correction.

How Do We Receive the Deficiency to Bestow?

We can receive a deficiency to bestow solely from the Creator, because only He has, so to speak, the deficiency to bestow. RABASH calls this article “What Is the Main Deficiency for which One Should Pray?” We need to pray for this main deficiency because when we receive the desire to bestow, what becomes revealed in our vessel is called “the end of correction,” and then we have no problem feeling good.

It is impossible without a deficiency. There must be a vessel. The question is, what is the deficiency, the vessel? What do we strive for? Then, what will our reward be? What do we want it to be? If the reward is the opportunity to bestow and we gain the ability to bestow, we have then achieved tranquility and happiness.

So that Prayer Dwells Forever in Your Heart

938.02World Kabbalah Convention, Connecting to Lishma, Lesson 4

Question: Why does prayer become true only when a person feels completely lost?

Answer: Because he has absolute certainty that right now he needs the Creator and that nothing can help him except Him.

We must strive to reach this state.

Question: How can we reach a state when prayer forever dwells in the heart?

Answer: To achieve this, it is necessary to be under the influence of a good group where everyone is seeking the Creator, calling upon Him, turning to Him, and based on this, advancing forward.

How to Feel the State of the “Garden of Eden”?

938.05Question: How can one make efforts to feel the state of the Garden of Eden in the ten and join the righteous?

Answer: First and foremost, it is essential to thoroughly delve into the excerpts from the primary sources that we read. Then, try to accept them in your heart and mind, understanding that everything we read should enter us through hearing or sight. After this, we must do everything possible to immerse ourselves in what is being discussed.

In this process, we aim to reach the highest point of our unity which is called the “Garden of Eden.”

If You Make a Mistake…

239Question: As I understand it, a state close to Lishma is when a person demands nothing except connection with the Creator. So, if as a result of his actions he achieves some kind of connection with Him, why should he add anything? After all, if he adds something, he risks adding incorrectly, making a mistake, and losing his connection with the Creator.

Answer: It is not quite like that. A person has asked, prayed, pleaded for the Creator’s support, moved forward, reached a certain level, and then realized he should have turned in a completely different direction.

What to do in this case? Change the prayer. Ask the Creator to guide a person out of the confused state, and lead him along with the Creator.

The Role of the Teacher in the Virtual Community

281.02Question: What is the teacher’s place in the virtual community? Can the system you want to create exist without a teacher?

Answer: I think it can. It is like how there used to be czars and kings and then they were replaced by parliamentary republics.

Therefore such a system can work because if a connection is established between each individual and his virtual environment, which simply more clearly shows the individual the correct attitude of society toward him, then he only has to implement it.

Rabash says in his articles that the Creator is called the teacher. Therefore the earthly teacher fades into the background.

I believe that it is quite possible to create such a system of interconnection, to launch it into implementation, and to enable my students to move forward with its help. This will be the final act of my life. And then they can move on their own.

Question: Is there a chance that without a teacher, students will get confused and will not progress? Anyway, the teacher is in spiritual attainment, and here people do not know where they are going.

Answer: It depends on the system we create. At first a person is required to gradually enter into his spiritual environment Lo Lishma.

I see this as a very serious realization of a spiritual construct. We can see from the examples of the Tamagotchi toy that a person begins to work with a computer as with a living organism, and treats the virtual environment as if it were alive. It kind of animates him, humanizes him.

We want to create an image of the right group for ourselves on the computer, which wants to position, show, manifest, and expose itself relative to each of us.

A person will see in this the appearance of the group to him; that is what the group wants to show him. Everything is absolutely clear here according to the rules outlined by Rabash.

The Creator Is Waiting for Your Request

936World Kabbalah Convention, Connecting to Lishma, Lesson 4

Question: We can talk endlessly about how much we invested in the congress and how we prepared for it. Now the congress is coming to an end. There is only one more meal left and it is over! That is it. There is no strength to pray. This is one point.

And the other point is that you are obliged to ask for all your friends. Everyone has come and wants to reveal the Creator. And the Creator wants to reveal Himself. It is such a crisis when you have to pray, but you cannot!

What should we do now? What do we ask for?

Answer: What to ask for? I cannot tell you. You need to figure out what your greatest ultimate desire is, the desire with which you want to turn to the Creator. This is what He must fulfill.

You can turn to Him with such a genuine request that He will have not dodge. He expects such a request from you.

Question: And what is a genuine request?

Answer: It is what you truly would like to receive from the Creator.

528.01Question: If we feel the evil inclination in ourselves and want to correct it, we can ask the Creator for help because only He has the power to change our nature. But what can we ask of the teachers, of the righteous?

Answer: The same as of the Creator.

Question: What is the difference then?

Answer: You are surrounded by your friends, you feel each other, you can rise and fall relative to each other. But if you relate to your friends only as to those who are above or below you, this is insufficient.

Question: Does this mean that I need to feel connected with my friends and from this connection turn to the righteous and teachers with the same requests as to the Creator?

Answer: No, through your connection with friends you must turn to the Creator, because the group of friends must lift you up and lead you to the Creator.
