Answer: This expert is a unique person in our world who can create small, correct societies. Such people should be linked together into a single integral educational system and constantly take courses in improving themselves, and of course under our supervision. On our part, we must supply work for them, which means organizing a serious administrative and public relations center for finding work for them.

The experts in integral education constantly should receive new information and share it. They should establish a private, virtual site or perhaps, an open one, but on such a unified level that they will constantly be updated about everything and will work on everything that is on the news and all the current problems.

This will enable them to answer any possible questions and to present the latest news correctly and integrally. We must turn them into a whole system, an international institution of teachers and educators.

Question: Are they not only theorists, but also experts in practical application?

Answer: Yes, they are all practical. If they weren’t practical, they wouldn’t be able to change and to teach society. Practice must go hand in hand with theory.
