The road is difficult if we are in our ego and want to make some egoistic arrangements among us. By trying to solve problems on the egoistic plane, we will constantly fight, argue, and disagree and it will never end.

But if we rise above our ego in order to connect and see all the arguments and the conflicts among us as an invitation to connect, as “help against,” we will constantly feel happy and powerful, elated and capable of anything. If we are not able to do something, we will have whom to ask for help. That is, we reach the request to the upper one, a prayer, which we would not be able to reach otherwise.

This isn’t just a prayer but the “prayer of many” that I pray for the whole group and not for myself. Asking for myself doesn’t help; on the contrary, it keeps us apart and thrusts us onto the path of suffering.

So during the roundtable discussions, we say that we want to leave all the strife. We don’t want to argue and find out who is right and who is not and to what extent. This is not a debate within the government. Here there are people who want to establish a new connection, without which humanity is doomed.

This is only possible if we stop all the arguments between us and rise to a new level of connection so that “love,” that is above everything, “will cover all the sins,” that are left below. We don’t mention the sins as if they do not exist. And we build a dome above us.

This is what we want to achieve in the discussions at the roundtable. Before we do it in public, we have to learn to implement it in our group. So we need to take every opportunity to connect in spite of all our arguments, conflicts, and rejection.

In this form, the upper force field operates on us by evoking such reactions in us and summoning conflicts so that we will need the help of the upper one. As it says: “He who brings peace in Heaven will bring peace upon us.”

We need to reach a state in which this force field will influence us not by its negative pole, but by its positive pole, in the opposite direction. Every force field, every magnet has a positive or negative effect, by the north pole or the south pole. It all depends on our direction, on our charge—on our intention.

Question: How will the connection in the integral environment ensure that a person will at least have enough to eat?

Answer: Suppose people are detached from one another, don’t want to communicate, and have a sad and empty look in their eyes. Put them in a circle next to one another so that they will touch each other’s knees, like kids, and put their hands on each other’s shoulders or knees, and they will begin feeling one another.

You will see how they begin to trigger some collective field, and suddenly, from the inside, signs of life will begin to appear in them. All this is because they are becoming similar to the general integral system, by triggering the power of this system on themselves, not linearly, but integrally, in a circle, and this power gradually begins to operate in them, spinning as if in a ring, like a current in a conductor that creates a field.

Thus, people begin to wake up since all of them together inside the circle are now equal to the global system with which nature is now presenting us. They receive powers, desires, a mind, and new attributes that are based on cooperation, on integrality.

They gradually begin to feel the world and to see it through an integral attribute that is cleared to them through this collective power. Each of them stops feeling his “self” and begins to feel the general “we,” the united “self” where there is no “me,” no “you,” and no “him,” but only one “self” that exists among everyone and through which they see everything.

Then, totally new conditions, attributes, powers, and options on a new level appear on the internal level, and from that, they grow. They cut themselves off from the past since it means falling back into the emptiness and the sadness.

Today, a person can be a member of the integral society and only through it, receive the power, ideas, goals, and values, and act in order to attain them. If he isn’t enclosed within the integral society, he has no power source and no desire, and he cannot work and won’t be able to operate.

It is the same with the entire world. Of course, all countries will gradually come to this. Especially now, when millions of unemployed people will be on the streets, the middle class gradually will disappear and thus lose its uniqueness. If we don’t work with them, a terrible future awaits these people.

Why does egoism change from linear into circular? What is the property of circular egoism?

We can imagine linear egoism as a straight line consisting of a multitude of dots. Linear egoism can see only the next dot in front of itself and is running toward it like a little dog, and after that to the next goal, and so on. It does not see even a few dots ahead of it because it doesn’t care about them. It is interested only in the short term, the next goal.

Circular egoism shows a circle, rather than the next goal. The circle is eternity, infinity, and detachment from linearity, even at the surface. This refers to the general sense of being. This is the difference between circular and linear egoism within us.

Today, when a person and the entire world in general become circular and integral, people experience a need to become familiar with the purpose of existence. Without this, they will be unable to live and advance. Without this, there will be terror and killing because there is no sense to this life if a person does not feel life’s upper purpose.

The upper purpose is the next rung to which we must rise in our evolution. It’s not life after death; it has nothing to do with religion. The opportunity for self-realization at the next level in this circular, single generality gives a person strength and productivity in everything.

However, we must explain to the person what we receive when we become integral. We rise above ourselves and obtain the instrument for gaining upper knowledge, sensation, and understanding. Based on this instrument, we can create, write articles, research the world and ourselves, our purpose, and so forth.

A person who begins his self-realization finds between us the new, common “me.” He receives the answers to all his questions because he becomes a possessor of the new instrument for acquiring knowledge.

Question: Suppose I am on duty in the kitchen, peeling vegetables and so on. Do I have to imagine that I am serving the general, future integral system before I begin working?

Answer: Of course. It is a kind of internal training. I give all my energy to the integral system, and, at the same time, I should feel that I absorb this general power, and through it, I begin to feel the new, round world.

What is more, the world is becoming integral since I feel it above time and place, above the linear measurements, above the three axes according to which we see the world today. I feel it in a totally different way, just like in fantasy films that describe the formation of time and place.

I actually begin to feel this since the world is an internal feeling. So, I begin to perceive it in another dimension, in the next dimension. Nature is pushing us toward this. When I peel that potato, I feel that while I do that, I am getting closer to the next picture of the world.

This may not sound convincing to a person and may seem far from real, but if one studies this practical approach in the group, then in a couple of lessons, he will be able to feel all this. Then, he will have no problems.

If he is motivated, not corporeally, but by adhesion to society from which he can rise thanks to his adhesion to it and the communication with it, then all the social work will become an opportunity for him, a happy state in order to rise. He will see it as his greatest reward and the greatest compensation there is.

Question: What exactly does our connection come down to?

Answer: Our connection is based on the fact that we are all part of one society and we want to make it a better, more just, kind, and compassionate society that listens carefully to every individual.

I want everyone to feel good! No one should be dispossessed of his assets and we shouldn’t take money from the rich. No one can neglect any of the weaker strata of society: the poor, the elderly, or women. One should not profit at the expense of another.

This is possible only if we first establish a fair society based on equality. From this perspective, we will treat everyone like in a family where there are children, elderly, and parents with many responsibilities, obligations, and problems. However, if we all sit at around the table, we understand what the child needs, what medicines grandpa needs, and what the household expenses should be. Now we look at what is left and we divide the rest among us and live on it.

If we could act and solve all the problems in society in such a loving attitude towards everyone, no one would complain about why we acted the way we did. Everyone would see that it is all done fairly since a baby has certain needs and an elderly has other needs. This means that we first have to attain connection like in a good family.

Then even if we don’t have great resources, they will suffice and no one will suffer and feel deprived, which is the main complaint people usually express as they feel that they don’t have what the others have and what is more, it is at my expense.

Question: How do men and women take part in the process of integrality?

Answer: In principle, there are no special differences between men and women. In the classroom, it is preferable, of course, to protect the men from sexual interferences and to make sure that even if they are sitting together in a mixed group, it won’t distract them from their awareness. Especially if they are sitting in a circle looking at each other and communicating, they have to learn to rise above the sexual attractions and rejections of their “animal” so that they will look at each person in the circle as the source of desire, and that each one can become integrated with the others, above their body. This is what we need to bring them to.

If we see this kind of disturbance still exists, then beforehand we will have to build a group in which this kind of disturbance won’t appear.

Question: In the second phase of the studies, we prepare experts, both men and women. The task of the man is more or less understood. But which tasks should be prepared for the women?

Answer: I think that more educational tasks for the children, for pensioners, and less for grownups aged 17-50 where male instructors will be more demanded and more suitable.

Of course, this needs to be according to the society you are involved with: Europeans, Asians, or South Americans. It could be that the teaching will be done by couples who will show how they cooperate successfully with each other. In this way, a good atmosphere will be created in the group, and there won’t be any sexual problems.

They can display their equal and absolute cooperation, like two teachers, two human beings, that are approaching the integral world, and want to be included into humanity above their bodies, above the hormones, and other kinds of considerations, and then this will influence the group and they will be able to work quietly and peacefully.

Question: Psychologists divide people’s needs to sensory, general values such as friendship, a good occupation, etc. and instrumental values such as being meticulous, cheerfulness, a sense of humor, performativity, strong will power, tolerance towards others’ values, a wide perspective, etc.

So it turns out that major conflicts, between children for example, occur because they don’t want to be polite or when they fail in doing something. In any case, the major crisis seems to be mainly regarding instrumental values.

Answer: I see it as people’s inability to connect. This means to diminish yourself relative to others, to understand others, to see them as higher or lower than you, to position yourself relative to others; when to be gentle toward them in order to feel them, to remove some of your own “self,” and to look at yourself and at others from the side, is undoubtedly a tool.

But why should we emphasize or present hundreds of fine discernments of qualities and attributes when they are all based on egoism?

If I can lower my ego, bend, and place the other above me, all the attributes such as sensitivity, understanding, attention, tolerance, kindness, etc. appear naturally.

Regarding the other there is only one perspective according to which I am either higher or lower than him. When we are equal I cannot even see what this equality relates to, to which parameters. As to being higher or lower, I perceive this aspect very sharply.

This means that a person should be trained to relate to others objectively: Let’s look at a person from the side, here he is before you: beautiful or ugly, black or white, it doesn’t matter. Each time, try to put yourself both higher and lower than him regarding a certain attribute, and do it as much as you can.

At the same time there is no intention to underestimate the other by using the term “higher or lower,” but only to understand things. When I place myself higher than the other, I do it in order to pass on something to him, in order to teach him something. I use myself as an instrument that fills him with certain emotions, knowledge, etc. I treat him like a child, whereas I am the grownup, but a grownup with good intentions that treats him well. I can immediately make myself smaller compared to him, and make him bigger compared to me in everything. Then I become the child compared to a grown up, or student compared to a teacher, who can now receive from him. Thus I can be enriched by anyone.

It is important to say that I never see the true objective picture of the world, but only the picture that my ego depicts for me, so this picture is actually distorted. Later when I look back at the past, I see how mistaken I was. But is it possible to be mistaken?

Not to be mistaken, meaning to see the world in its true form, is only possible according to the way I build myself with respect to this world, with respect to every person and to every event: higher or lower, and that in the end I profit from that. Thus I create inside me immense opportunities for studying, for teaching others, for finding a filling, and for communicating to the extent that I am ready to listen and to let myself be a source.

This is the most practical and effective method. It enables us to reach stability when everyone sees the other once from above and once from below, and to become flexible and soft and able to manage myself. As a result of this form of communication, we reach the middle way and we become equal by finding an objective point of balance. This is what we should bring people to, by showing them that it is possible, so that they will use this method in different types of communication.

Question: What would you say at the end of the roundtable discussion to sum up its results?

Answer: I would say the following: We made an attempt to connect, to rise above our disputes, and we tried to perceive the connection as an uppermost value. It became clear to us that if we connect, then by this connection we will be able to solve different problems. If we continue with the roundtable discussions, we will have a chance to succeed.

We will live without conflicts and wars in a more appropriate manner that everyone will acknowledge. All layers of society can be part of this connection. No one will be deprived in any way, and it’s the safest way to solve problems.

If we continue with our attempts to connect by such discussions, we can reach a general consensus, unity, and mutual understanding. The representatives of all layers of society will unite, talk, and understand each other better. They will try to connect above all the differences and will not point at each other, blaming the others.

We raise ourselves to such a level in order to first think of our connection. Then from this connection, like in a family, we will solve all the problems each of us has.

There is no other approach that enables us to reach a just distribution of resources to which no one will object. First, we have to reach cooperation, and then we can already see what each one wants and decide how we can all do it together. But if we distribute the resources without this connection, it will bring about terrible wars, and then the strong ones will try to take a greater share. Then we will never be able to live in peace and in agreement.

Question: Should a person oblige himself to stick to a certain routine, or is it enough to feel a general inspiration in order to be harmony?

Answer: We must understand one thing: A person in his linear ego cannot make himself do something. The one who is in contact with society doesn’t force himself to do anything.

Society inspires him and directs him towards new desires. He, seeing them as his own as well as of society (“we” and the new “I” among us), begins to act accordingly. A different type of “round” desires appear in him, which are necessary for all of society. He fulfills them gladly and they become his own, but they are actually the same desires society needs.

Then a work schedule appears in him naturally. It isn’t difficult to follow a daily schedule; he can even work 20 hours a day. He has enough energy. Both the desires and the energy come from society, and this is where he feels the reward when he actually realizes these desires.

Question: When we participate in the roundtable discussions, how can we explain that it’s worthwhile to attain connection above all the differences?

Answer: People usually like to argue, but instead of arguments I want to explain to them that connection is above everything. Let’s leave our dispute and not sink into it, but rise above it. Clearly, if we connect, we draw the upper Light upon us, which fixes everything. But how can I explain this to a person who doesn’t even know that all this exists?

The explanation is very simple. There is absolute abundance in the world! There are no problems except for one single problem, which is the fact that people are not connected and cannot get along. They cannot divide this wealth and abundance among them as they should, and so there is such great friction among everyone and the whole world suffers.

We all suffer only because of the human ego. But the moment we connect, we’ll immediately discover the way to fix everything so that everyone will receive what he deserves and equally with everyone else. Therefore, the connection is the solution to all our problems.

If, on the one hand, we receive all the abundance from nature and on the other hand the world is such a bad and painful place, it’s only because people can’t fix it. If they connect they will reach true prosperity.
