Question: How can we acquire the force called Moses? After all, you say that it doesn’t exist in nature.

Answer: Moses (from the Hebrew word “Moshech” –  to pull) is the attribute that awakens in us and raises us from the bottom of Mount Sinai to its summit, to the peak of the general hatred. When a person climbs above it, he attains the Creator who is at the peak.

It is impossible to bypass this mountain; we must climb it. This is the way for the entire world. Today, all of humanity is at the foot of Mt. Sinai, surrounded by the enormous hate that separates us. But at the same time, the method called the Torah is revealed. The Torah is the light that reforms at the summit of the mountain.

We don’t have to make any special efforts, and there is nothing to fear. When we acquire the enormous hatred, we are at the bottom of the mountain where we receive the method by which we gradually can ascend by mutually complementing and helping one another.

Then Mount Sinai becomes the temple mount, at the top of which there is the temple, the place where the Creator is revealed.

This is basically the essence of Pesach (Passover). This is the reason that the calendar of the nation, of the new humanity, begins on this holiday.

Before the receiving of the Torah, mankind developed like animals, but from that moment onward, there was a connection with the Creator, with the force that can raise us continuously above the ego and help us climb the mountain of hatred by getting closer to one another.

At the same time, we attain the Creator to a greater degree, because two forces already appear in us, the egoistic force and the altruistic force. When we build ourselves from these two forces a state called the attainment of the Creator or the soul appears between them.

The two forces descend from above, and we make efforts not to mutually annul them but to connect them by placing our resistance between them, trying to recreate the harmony between them by connecting and adding all the disconnected parts. Then this harmony creates our soul, our upper existence.

This is the reason that we consider Pesach to be the major and most important holiday, because symbolizes the beginning of the creation of man, Adam, (from the Hebrew “Domeh” – to resemble the Creator).

There are, of course, many subtleties, laws, and different nuances that only speak of how to properly cover the ego with the attribute of love, and that’s all. Everything comes down only to this!

We can study this holiday down to the smallest detail, about why eating certain things is allowed and why eating other things is forbidden, about why Pesach is seven days, why we drink four glasses of wine, and why there are other customs that are described in the Haggadah.

However, these are merely actions that we must perform on every level to create the right connection between plus and minus, which are the attributes of receiving and bestowal, hate and love. We cover the hate with love, and together they will give us the sense of attainment, adhesion to the Creator.

Thus, we don’t simply come out of a small ego to love, but from our world to a perfect eternal world. This is the reason that Passover is indeed a special holiday.

Answer: Of course we can. It depends on our desire, on our effort.

Question: How should we correctly work in the ten to reach the awe, which includes everything?

Answer: The work in the ten, basically like the whole Torah, consists of simple actions. Each one must reveal their own desire, then unite all the desires together and raise them to the Creator. Everything else, He will do.

Question: What can we clearly do in order to become purer, kinder, and more loving toward the friends each day?

Answer: Act accordingly, that is, examine yourself as to how much closer you can become with the friends.

Question: How does a Kabbalist develop such sensitivity that another’s lack becomes truly my own?

Answer: Only through the Creator.

Question: Can I somehow control myself and do what is beyond my strength?

Answer: No, all of that can only be done by the group or the Creator.

Question: How can a person regret the fact that he doesn’t have the power of faith when he is overcome by evil thoughts and desires?

Answer: This is why we need the light that comes from the environment called mutual guarantee. Mutual guarantee is the power of faith that is revealed in the group.

Although the group itself has not attained the power of faith yet, it is inclined to it. This is enough to impress each friend and to illuminate the force of bestowal on him that is received from the surrounding light that is drawn by our collective efforts.

This is called mutual guarantee. Everything comes down to the cooperation between two forces; there is nothing other than these two forces.

We are not fighting against the actual concealment; we only draw the light of faith upon it. There is nothing more we can do in order to fight it. The concealment will keep on growing like in Egypt where the darkness kept on growing until it became total darkness.

There is no greater darkness than the moment right before the redemption, the exit from the 49 gates of impurity. Therefore we have to relate to the power of concealment correctly and respect Pharaoh, as we understand that all the hardening of the heart and the confusion that we feel were given to us in order to advance.

We don’t want to contradict Pharaoh, the concealment and the confusion, but only to ascend above them. This means that we work with the vessels of Egypt bringing the light of faith into them.

Question: I remember when I came to a congress for the first time, I had a great desire to cross the Machsom. I was overcome by a feeling of certain unification, like you just cling to others and want to feel something.

I do not know if this is psychosomatic or actually an unconscious, temporary feeling of a single whole. Is this the feeling you are talking about, or just an autosuggestion?

Answer: It is also a psychological feeling created by you along with the others but on a very small, low, animate level. This is something that can be done in any company.

The Creator does not participate in it, and therefore, it is not spiritual. A single, unique field of love has not yet been felt in it.

Love is not what we imagine in our world. Love is a quality of absolute bestowal; it is when your and other people’s desires absolutely merge into a single whole and you have only one intention left—to fill them from yourself, to give to them. That is what love is.

Question: What does it mean when we say that the group comes out of Egypt? Is it referring to a local group or the entire world Kli?

Answer: The entire world Kli! No one will be allowed to exit alone, not a single group nor a single person. Mutual guarantee (Arvut)! What can you do?! Everyone connected in the system with us will receive spiritual revelation.

Right now, we are gradually forming the conditions for mutual guarantee. What is mutual guarantee? It begins when you break away from egoism and cross its boundary.

As you pass the boundary of egoism, you see a massive force of evil separating you from your friends, an integrated force built up over your entire path of spiritual work, from your first lessons to the very point where you break free from egoism. That is when the condition of mutual guarantee arises.

And what else could mutual guarantee be built upon if not on top of complete egoism?

Mutual guarantee means that despite the development and manifestations of egoism within me, I pledge to relate to all group members with love and devotion, no matter what I may perceive from them.

Because what I think they are doing to me is simply how it appears to me. Remember the concept of the perception of reality, a person paints the world within themselves.

Question: So am I accumulating egoism in order to reach Mount Sinai and then, like a rocket, burn it up?

Answer: You don’t burn egoism; you begin to rise above it. It never disappears. In fact, it continuously helps you “digest” yourself more and more. You’ll elevate above it, use its qualities, and transform them into qualities of bestowal.

This is the beginning of the spiritual path. Before that, everything is just preparation. The entire period of recognizing egoism, meaning Egypt, is not yet a spiritual ascent.

Question: We have the option to either receive acceleration from the Creator or let everything happen in its own time. What caused the accelerated exodus of the people of Israel from Egypt? What can we take from this example to speed up time?

Answer: The reason for the premature exit of the people of Israel from Egypt was a tremendous wave of “dark force” that descended upon the Israelites in Egypt and made their life there unbearable, worse than death. That is why they fled from there, and this led them quickly to the realization of their spiritual identity.

Question: How can this be applied in the ten when there are major disagreements?

Answer: If the ten is not like one man, then it does not truly exist yet, and this cannot be applied. A ten is when all the ten are as one.

Question: What is spiritual individuality?

Answer: It is the unique quality of each soul in the ten in relation to the others.

Rabash, “What is, ‘If They Swallow the Bitter Herbs it Doesn’t Work Out’ in the Work?”: And this is like what we say (in the Passover Haggadah), These bitter herbs (Maror) that we eat, what is that for, it is because the Egyptians embittered, (Exodus 1:14), “And they embittered their lives with hard labor.”

The hard service was that the people of Israel wanted to leave the dominance of the Egyptians, that is, self-love. But when they overcame this to do something for the sake of bestowal, immediately the thoughts of the Egyptians came to them; they asked the question of the wicked son, (Exodus 12:26) What is this service to you? to work for the benefit of the Creator, and every time they overcame this, immediately the questions of the Egyptians came, and this is what is called hard labor.

All of this is in order to turn a person towards connection. Our essential problem is that each one of us tries to solve his problem alone and so we don’t succeed. And the simple and easy solution is to solve the problems together.

We need to understand that all of the work is in connection, and all the difficulties are given against it. If we see things by way of the group, no difficulty remains, everything goes along nicely.

The solution is precisely through not seeing the difficulty directly but understanding that it is directing us towards connection. If we yearn for connection, then the problem is removed and disappears immediately. Every time difficulties appear, it is because the connection between us is incorrect.

Question: The exodus from Egypt is the last material frontier of the egoistic world. Beyond it there is a conditional line, where after crossing, a person begins to feel love and bestowal of the Creator.

What is this transformation that we are undergoing?

Answer: This is the last correction, which is called the final correction (Gmar Tikkun).

It occurred when a group of Kabbalists led by Moses exited Egypt, united with the Creator, received the Torah on Mount Sinai, and thus attained their final correction.

In other words, all this has already happened. Today, we, under no circumstances, need to go to Mount Sinai and climb it. The only thing we have to do is to be internally and spiritually ready for unity in the movement from heart to heart.

Then, we will feel the state called one nation in one heart. That is where history leads us. Everything that happens in the world is only necessary for us to complete it. We live in the happiest time.

Answer: Indeed, you are lying there and cannot do anything. Only friends can come to your aid, lift you up, and revive you.

They can feel you because you interact with them in some form. This means they are connected to you by receiving some signals from the Creator through you.
