Baal HaSulam, “Peace in the World“: Do not be surprised if I mix together the well-being of a particular collective with the well-being of the whole world, because indeed, we have already come to such a degree that the whole world is considered one collective and one society. Meaning, because each person in the world draws his life’s marrow and his livelihood from all the people in the world, he is coerced to serve and care for the well-being of the whole world.
We are beginning to feel this already today. But it will become very apparent when the world begins to fall apart, which will happen soon. Then we will understand that we cannot be together in the same egoistic form that used to work until now; we cannot remain in this union. It is impossible to disperse or to unite.
This is a very dangerous state, which can lead to a war. Imagine that the European Union falls apart, all the countries break the ties with each other. No country will be able to exist in isolation and to satisfy even its most basic needs. This split will affect all of humanity, society, and families, all social, economic, and government systems in each country.
People will then understand that unity is required not only in order to supply food, clothes, and all other needs. Nature is compelling us to unite internally. If we do not unite internally and do not complement each other, all other systems that we have built will be unable to function.
This is a very difficult lesson. If we learn it with the help of the wisdom of Kabbalah. It will not require too many inner searches and efforts, wars, and bloodshed. Conversely, if we do not spread the knowledge of Kabbalah in the world, if we fail to implement the inner connection in the Kabbalistic groups throughout Europe, then there will be a complete and very painful disintegration in Europe.1
We must build an inner spiritual connection between our groups in Europe that will act as an internal spiritual government on this continent. Everybody will feel that there is something special in these people: there are principles, an upper goal, a method, and they can answer the pressing questions.
After all, they understand why there is a crisis: not because of monetary policy or ecological problems, international trade, or increases in import duties. None of this will lead to a solution. The only solution is to start building correct and kind relationships between everyone within the common human system.
And nobody can do this but Kabbalists. Therefore, a correct outcome of the congress is to organize a European group that will become an internal, spiritual, and ideological basis for the entire European continent.
It may seem fantastic and unrealistic, but once ten or fifteen years ago, my forecasts about the coming European crisis also seemed unrealistic. Today, this crisis, which erupted due to the fact that the union was created without the correction of the human nature, is obvious to everyone. And its next stage will be revealed much quicker.2

Everything happening in the world comes to us in order to give us the opportunity to correct our desires.
All anxieties, fears, uncertainties, helplessness, our experiences that arise from the disorder that exists in every part of this life—personal problems, family, or national concerns—can be solved only by drawing the Creator closer to us.
In every revelation of evil, we must see an invitation to correction and connection between us to such an extent that the upper force is revealed in our connection with ever-increasing strength.
This is how our shattered desires manifest in all possible forms, appearing to us as problems happening to us personally, to the group, and to the world. Correcting them can only be done through unity in the group and revealing the Creator within it.
In this entire work there is but one goal: to understand that everything comes from the Creator in order for us to unite even more and through our unity to correct all problems. In other words, the problems must serve as means for strengthening our unity, and then we will be grateful for all the misfortunes as blessings. It is because they are really blessings—there is nothing bad in the world of the Creator, only good.
We need to see ourselves as engaging in an internal battle with ourselves so that nothing confuses us or leads us astray from the straight path, with the understanding that everything comes from the Creator and with the desire to connect with Him above all problems. After all, connection with the Creator is more important to us than any hindrance.
Unpleasant experiences must leave their traces within us, otherwise no revelation will occur above them. Similar to the way energy is revealed in an electric circuit only through resistance, everything is built on resistance, all components of the electrical circuit: condenser, coil, resistor. And within a person’s body everything is also built on resistance, above which connection is formed.
Suffering comes when I cannot connect them with the group and inside it with the Creator. This is the path of suffering. If, however, I connect all disturbances to our connection and with the Creator, then it is the path of correction.
I alone now decide which way to go: to remain in turmoil and cry, or the opposite, to correctly utilize all disturbances, connect them with the group and the Creator, and bless the Creator for revealing all that requires correction. By this correction we can avoid any danger, even global war. Everything depends on us and we will accomplish this.
There will be no suffering, as it is written: “Look upon them and they turn into a pile of bones.” After all, they are only an illusion; we are being frightened by shadows. Everything comes from the Creator and we are the ones to blame if we cannot turn it into good. Everything is in our hands, you have no idea what immense spiritual power is within us.1
The law of mutual guarantee is a very serious, strict, realistic law. It speaks of a mutual Kli, a vessel, which must be whole. In this whole vessel are all the desires created by the Creator, but some belong to the head and others to the body. If one part of the vessel corrects itself, then by this, it draws all other parts to itself, which also begin to be corrected.
Therefore each individual who received the opportunity to approach the correction of the world, humanity, and the soul, and to the revelation of the Creator, must value it. After all, a joyous opportunity was offered to him or her to actively participate in the building of the eternal and perfect spiritual vessel of the collective soul.
Mutual guarantee connects us to each other through thousands of fine threads. That is how each cell in the body is connected with the entire body. It is possible to build an entire human being from one cell, one genome. And where are there arms, legs, brain, heart, or any of its personal, inner, characteristics in the cell?
But if we delve deeper, we will see that it is not matter within a cell, but spirit. In each element of the body there is a spiritual gene, which contains information about the entire body—not only the body, but the entire creation. We are connected to each other and want the Creator to bring all these connections to life. He shattered them, then let Him fix them. And He is ready to bring them to life, but only in response to our request. As soon as we feel this need and turn to the Creator, He will immediately do it. It turns out that what we need is not mutual guarantee itself, but for the Creator to be revealed with it.2

Everything is achieved through unification. The success of the unification depends on both how far apart we are from each other, and our understanding that only above the strong separation can we reach a level where the Creator is revealed between us and starts to unite us. Therefore, the congress in Europe provides us with the best conditions for a genuine realization of unification, that is, the Creator’s revelation to the creations in this world, which is the goal of the wisdom of Kabbalah.
We have to use this gathering to achieve not only external, but also internal unification that will be strong enough to reveal the upper force in it according to the similarity of properties.1
Adam HaRishon is the system of ten Sefirot, which continues to exist in its original form, only that egoistic desires came inside it and stalled it. As a result, the system stopped working, and we have to put it back into action. All the parts of the system remained and we only need to adjust it to that additional desire that was revealed in it and that blocked the connections between all the elements. This is called the partition.
Adam HaRishon is a system of connections between us, like a web of ten Sefirot. We must launch this system, provided that we correctly use the desire to enjoy, that is, for the sake of bestowal.
By connecting all parts of this system again above the separation, each receives the whole soul and everyone will feel it all. Therefore, achieving the goal of creation and attaining the Creator depends precisely on the connection and mutual inclusion of the broken parts.
By correcting the separation, the creations will acquire tools for attaining the Creator. Without division and correction, it is impossible to reveal the upper force. By working together on the correction and unification of all parts, the creation creates the Creator, as it is written: “As though he had made Me.”2
In applying our efforts to unite, we discover that the Creator himself is between us as an obstacle to unification.3
If a person is alone, he will surely complain and curse the Creator, and if he is connected with the group and the ten, he will certainly glorify Him.4
