Make an effort to connect with your friends and you will feel that in the gap between you there is no room where the Creator can be revealed. When we come closer to each other we do not narrow the space by doing so, but on the contrary, we discover the space for the revelation of the Creator. After all, this obeys opposite laws.

There is no space in spirituality; it is zero! Therefore, if we unite so closely that we completely adhere to each other, we create a space for the Creator. The spiritual space is the need to reveal the Creator in a common desire, in one Kli.

We need to connect our desires in such a way that they become as one desire.

Kabbalah is the science of how to reach the revelation of the Creator in our world, to feel and grasp Him to such an extent that you can pass it on to other people and to the next generations. Kabbalah teaches how to perceive reality that we cannot feel with the five ordinary senses.

But if it cannot be sensed by our organs of perception, then how can it be perceived by our mind? It cannot! After all, our mind is the result of impressions from our world. As we develop in this world, we build different forms, discernments, and images, all kinds of connections and synapses in our brain.

This is why we are not able to perceive the spiritual world. To do this, we need to develop new organs of perception: to open up new connections between us in our mind and in our heart, which are not present in an ordinary person. But we can do it.

If we gradually build such connections, then they work like synapses in the brain and connect all kinds of concepts and opposites for us. In essence, these are formulas for connecting everything that exists in matter and space.

In this way, we build vessels for perceiving reality within ourselves that is above the corporeal senses and mind, and we begin to feel the spiritual world.

If I rise above the claims of egoism, which convince me that this work is meaningless and the spiritual path is not for me, then it means that I am going above reason. And so, “penny by penny joins in a great amount”; that is, all the overcoming accumulates to a certain measure necessary in order to become a vessel for receiving the upper light.

It is in this form that we advance and the degree of connection between the friends is very important here. After all, in states of weakness, a person will not find any strength, desire, or awakening that is capable of lifting or stimulating him at least a little. Additional strength can only come from connection with the friends.

We need to understand that we have to receive all the strength to advance from the group and from nowhere else. There are only two options: either from egoism or from connection in the group. These are the only levers available in our system. Therefore if we want to advance toward the final correction, we must try to connect more and more, as much as possible in the ten, and receive strength for awakening and unification from there.

And then again and again, extract everything from there. Even when it seems that there are no resources left, you still squeeze out strength from there as if you are scraping the last crumbs from the bottom of the pan. This is how you need to try to receive strength to unite from the group. After all, this is what the real work that moves us forward should be.

We need to unite among us, and as soon as we reveal that we really want to unite but are not able to do it, this will be the state of “Ruined Jerusalem,” the ruin of the Temple. We strive to unite and do not know how to do it, and therefore, we cry and ask the Creator to unite us.

We cry precisely because we are not capable of connection, or maybe even because we are not able to cry and regret it and are not able to ask for help from the Creator. Therefore, no matter how many tears we shed, the Creator does not answer us because our request is not real, not sincere. And it is called “Jerusalem in ruins.”

If we advance more and more this way, then eventually we are overwhelmed with tears of utter despair, and then the Creator corrects the connection between us and reveals Himself inside it. And that means we are coming to liberation.

The shattering lies only in the lack of connection between us. The First and Second Temples mean that even then there was an internal connection between us. We are talking only about internal categories and not external ones.
