Question: When I become a conduit between the Creator and creation, what do I receive from the Creator and what do I pass on to others?

Answer: From the Creator, you receive fulfillment and pass it on to others. Fulfillment is the fulfillment of the desires of others to the extent they wish to be interconnected.

In Kabbalah, we speak only of fulfilling desires to bestow, where you want to bestow to another and in doing so, you are fulfilled. That makes you similar to the Creator.
