Question: If I experienced a descent due to some corporeal cause and was able to use that descent for a spiritual ascent, but the corporeal problem did not go away, how should I relate to it?

Answer: You should not worry about that; rather, be concerned about how to move forward on your spiritual path.

Question: How can we help a friend who is in a descent and for whom corporeality is more important than spirituality?

Answer: We study this all the time. You can even read nothing else besides the materials from our congress.

Most of the lessons are about how we unite and thereby pull each other out of the darkness into the light. That is all there is to it.
