Question: Should a person feel ashamed that he cannot pray? He feels that his heart is not opening and experiences some kind of shame.

Answer: The person should still try to pray and read from the prayer book. Gradually, it will become clear to him what is written in these texts and how to turn to the Creator to learn something from such correct treatment.

Question: Should everyone pray according to the prayer book, or can they do it on their own if they feel that the Creator hears them?

Answer: You can do it on your own, but you still need to read the prayer book.
