Answers To Your Questions, Part 202

Laitman_112Question: You said that we ascribe our qualities to the Creator and so describe Him and that we have no other way. Could you please explain what you mean?

How do we ascribe our qualities to the Creator? After all, our qualities are the desire to receive (if I understand correctly), but the Creator only has the desire to bestow. What are “our” qualities that we ascribe to the Creator?

Answer: We do not know what the Creator is, but we imagine Him according to our notions. Therefore, every person depicts the Creator in his imagination according to his fantasies, which cannot be compared to the original.

Kabbalah causes changes in a person; the qualities of bestowal and love for your neighbor through the influence of the special force, Ohr Makif (Surrounding Light), are gradually created in a person from which one builds the image of the Creator.
