Mutual Enrichment

Mutual EnrichmentQuestion: People who participate in the integral workshops have different levels of experience. What is the best way to form the circles? Should we put together more experienced people in one circle and beginners in another?

Answer: The experienced participants can be together in a circle with the beginners, but only for the purpose of enriching each other. In other words, you want to train the experienced participants so they could conduct such workshops themselves in the future and, at the same time, you want to show the beginners new amazing approaches, questions, answers, and discussions that for now are impossible among the beginners themselves.

Therefore, the best way is to mix the group:  Seven or eight out ten participants should be beginners, and the rest of the group should be more experienced people who do not suppress the beginners, but only guide and support them.
