Can we build a new environment for ourselves that will cleanse us of all the influences that we have absorbed and that will bring a new life? So far our egoistic desire has led us to exploit and trample upon others in order to succeed. We invent into more types of business but become doubly empty since a person cannot be fulfilled. Science and technology have led to the development of destructive weapons in the service of human egoism. People have felt emptiness in the air and a loss of direction since the 1960s. We want to swallow the whole world and cannot tolerate anyone near us. Today, the development that began with the Big Bang has reached a dead end. The good news is that nature gave humanity free choice regarding how we use our human desires. We can change our attitudes toward others and develop a positive connection between us. This is not merely a philosophical or moral idea, but without the development of this new, connected environment, we will all collapse.

Humans are the most dependent creatures in the environment and they are in a constant struggle with it. In order to improve our lives, we must understand human nature and the forces that manage our world. We have reached the end of evolution that began with the Big Bang and need a new source of illumination for the future.

Management needs to learn about the development of the desire for pleasure, the law of nature, and how to build a new, friendly, and positively connected workplace environment. Once the management team has realized the method, they can offer employees courses in Arvut (mutual responsibility). Staff will learn through workshops, music, games, and theater. The CEO should only come when relationships within the organization have improved. Daily problems will no longer be resolved through policies and procedures coming from management, but only through change that the employees will undergo themselves.

The integral approach to business in the new world of work provides employees at all levels with an environment for development and prosperity. Engaging in challenges and hard work become enjoyable when we’re with friends. Loving human relationships can build balance, closeness, and unity in the workplace. Today, workers feel isolated and threatened, as though they were in prison. Each does his part and doesn’t want to interact with the others. Relationships between suppliers, customers, and shareholders are becoming increasingly dry. Tension, alienation, and pressure at home are affecting the level of focus of employees at work. The broken connections between people have led to global deterioration, destruction, protectionism, fascism, and terrorism. We will either attain the new approach through proactive education or through suffering, hatred, war, and the recognition of evil. The integral approach of relating well above all negativity needs to be taught through mutual example and social pressure. We need to learn how to accept one another and connect like family in order to continue to exist as a human species.

Pleasure is limited. Our lives in this world are limited. Eternal life, on the other hand, is unlimited since it is based on bestowal and fulfilling others. The death of the body is a transition to the upper world and can be attained during one’s earthly life. Families should discuss this new life, how to exit one’s self, and how to develop in the upper world. If a member of the family is dying, that person should be treated as someone who is moving ahead. The family members should be incorporated in these ideas in order to convince the dying person and then, together, they will ascend to another dimension. If we ascend above our ego in this way, the connection between us will not end.

People fear death because it feels as though we are losing ourselves and we don’t know what happens when it comes. Human consciousness, however, does not die but actually develops eternally from one generation to the next. The “self” continues to exist if it has developed to the point of feeling a common life. Discernment regarding the feelings of rejection or closeness to others are the main facets of consciousness that develop from one life to the next. People who have exited themselves during their corporeal lifetimes and reached the general heart no longer fear death.
