New Life #122 – The Meaning Of Work In Our Lives

New Life #122 – The Meaning Of Work In Our Lives
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Summary

Imagine jumping out of bed with joy in the morning because you can’t wait to get to work. Imagine waking up to music sent from work, being greeted with care and concern by your colleagues and being offered coffee and cake upon arrival at your workplace. Imagine singing together at work, like children who are enjoying a game. A new and vast world of business based on integral education exists. With this new approach, based on mutual warmth and support, integrated and conscious managers will provide workshops for staff and teach them about the destructive human ego and the benefits of connection. Managers will specialize in making the connection between good communication and good productivity. Bonuses will be given on this basis. The uniqueness and personal realization of each employee will come to fruition in the connection among colleagues who will become more like friends. True confidence can only be obtained from this type of connection. When everyone is included in conscious development through work in circles or groups, the power and potential is infinite.

New Life 1069 – Spiritual Charisma

New Life 1069 – Spiritual Charisma
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Spiritual charisma is demonstrated when I make myself a zero in order to benefit others and the Creator. The greater a person is, the more he wants to nullify his egoistic charisma and serve others. The wisdom of Kabbalah teaches a person how to use the power of the ego as the left line and build the spiritual self above it. A truly charismatic person evokes feelings of fullness, transcendence, pride, importance, and confidence in others. This type of person can be found anywhere, in any situation, without limit. In the future society, each person will realize himself for the good of others, giving the Creator a place to be revealed.

New Life 1068 – Becoming Fully Human Through Social Connection

New Life 1068 – Becoming Fully Human Through Social Connection
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

We cannot become fully human without social connection. Interaction with society gives us an additional power to develop and can turn us into living spiritual beings. This is because the person in front of you is like a mirror in which you can measure yourself and your latent spiritual potential. Correct internal communication with another opens up spiritual senses in a person and reveals higher worlds. By adhering to the principle: “and you shall love your friend as yourself,” you learn to love others as they are. By transferring the command center to another person, feeling his desires, and trying to fulfill those desires as my own, I begin to feel the Creator Himself.

New Life 1067 – Life Viewed From Outer Space

New Life 1067 – Life Viewed From Outer Space
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Tal Mandelbaum ben Moshe

Astronauts say that a view of the Earth from space changes their approach to life. From space, they feel that there are supernatural forces, another reality exists, and that the Earth has a role in connection. The Earth is like a spaceship and it is up to us to rise up together and organize a “leap into space,” into a new spiritual dimension. Nature permits us to have freedom of choice and to clarify how we can give birth to something new and spiritual when we are concerned for others instead of ourselves.

New Life 1066 – Becoming A Whole Person

New Life 1066 – Becoming A Whole Person
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Tal Mandelbaum ben Moshe

Soul searching work must be carried out in relation to another person and the higher power is discovered through mutual concession. The complete Adam is built from the internal connection between a man and a woman. If they merit the reward, the Shechina (divinity) rests in a field between them and they experience an internal merging above material life. They feel the network of connection with the still, vegetative, animate, and speaking levels in nature. We correct the breakdown that happened at the foundation of creation by discovering the higher power between us and living a whole and eternal life together with it.

New Life #121 – Developing Toward Connection In The Labor Force

New Life #121 – Developing Toward Connection in the Labor Force
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Summary:

The younger generations are tired of life and are no longer willing to burn their lives for dollars as modern slaves in the workplace. Technological progress and the industrial revolution only helped the excessive human ego take advantage of the public to an even greater extent. Soon, the rich will no longer be free to make profit at the expense of the public since the global crisis will force us to transform our perception and approach on our way to equality. The integral approach pushes us toward connection in education, culture, communications, and everything that is needed in order to build a good environment all over the world. Competition and industry will be focused on creating global balance and providing for everyone’s real needs. The younger generations are already built according to this new approach. They know that success in life depends on the connection between us and not on one’s job.

New Life #120 – The Uniqueness Of The Integral Approach

New Life #120 – The Uniqueness of the Integral Approach
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Summary

The integral approach to life improves people’s attitudes to one another and moves us from seclusion to connection. Only equals can connect and this approach teaches us how to be both higher than others and lower than others as needed at different times. This is how we become more open, close, and pleasant and find solutions more easily. People will feel and support each other, smile more, and care about their workplace environment. Managers will not have to divide and rule any more as the workers will work willingly. Managers will introduce workshops and games to teach staff how to shape themselves as people and reality as a whole by building the right type of workplace environment.

New Life #119 – Business And The Benefits Of Connection

New Life #119 – Business and the Benefits of Connection
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Summary

How can we encourage workers to unite as one body in order to achieve the goals of the organization? It can be achieved by building a supportive environment that will draw everyone into a warm and secure connection with one another. We begin by raising the importance of connection, praising bestowal, and setting an example in working for the sake of the society. As the desire develops in this new, positive direction, whatever we do in the organization will be a breakthrough and everyone else will follow the example. Management will provide ongoing workshops for staff to learn about human nature, the development of the ego, our mutual interdependence, and the current, global crisis. Gatherings will also include songs, sharing positive impressions from the connection, and a reminder that we have come to work to enjoy being together and not to suffer. The new spirit will open the hearts and minds of staff and laziness and indifference will vanish.

New Life #118 – Creating A Common Mind In The Workplace

New Life #118 – Creating a Common Mind in the Workplace
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Summary

It is possible to achieve a common mind in the workplace through workshops. We sit in a circle imagining that we are meeting on holiday or in retirement, which enables each person to feel free and reshape themselves through role playing. In order to change internally and build a common vessel, we start with relaxation and warm-up exercises. We learn to express a more positive attitude through participation in exercises involving speaking, motion, looking, and listening. We reshape ourselves through compliments, diminishing ourselves, elating the others, and raising the value of the whole team by becoming more incorporated in them. Whenever each person feels egoistic negations and criticism toward the others they learn to show the opposite, positive attitude. Each one works on himself in relation to the circle and then shares his impression of the exercises and the resulting sense of warmth, connection, mutuality, and closeness.

New Life 117 – We Are All In The Same Boat

New Life 117 – We Are All In The Same Boat
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

The world is becoming round due to the economic crisis. Life is becoming more even and connected for all of humanity regarding culture, education, use of the Internet, cellular networks, and even the consumption of junk food. Organizations and individuals share resources to save money. The crisis is forcefully bringing us closer to each other and requiring that we learn how to use the human ego properly. While it is forbidden to limit or suppress a person, we need to learn how to construct ourselves as people who radiate goodness so that everyone will accept us gladly. We need to build the right kind of environment through which we will learn how to be more open, outgoing, and connected with one another above our differences. People will learn, through workshops in which people sit in a circle and discuss issues such as the human egoistic nature, how our development is influenced by others through the environment, and our mutual interdependence. We will build a common desire and a common brain between everyone so that we can effectively look ahead and plan our next moves together.
