My Comment: This is the opinion of the most competent EU authority. But no one has the levers of influence because the process turns from the linear (individual egoistic) development to the integral (round) one, which we cannot control. We have been creating all our economic and social tools in the state of linear egoistic development (evolution) of humanity for thousands of years.

But today, when our egoism has reached its maximum linear (individual, independent) development (as seen by the general crisis and depression, that is, the absence of new desires) and turned into “round” in the global and total (integral) egoism, we discover that we cannot understand it and moreover manage it by the methods, developed in the past.

Only Kabbalah, as the science of our nature, desire, its change and fulfillment, can give us the tool of influence over everything that happens to us. Kabbalists are called to convey this knowledge to humankind. There is a hope that people will be able to discern the truth through their preconceived notions.

Israel’s “Book Week” is starting soon and some call it “The Festival of the Hebrew Book.”

In general, a book is a source for the revelation of the human essence itself. It is here that the main difference between a human and a beast is found; at a certain point in our evolution, man began to write. Although at first it was carving on rocks and later writing on parchment, one way or the other, it was already human. Beasts pass on a lot of information to one another, but they have no written form to pass it to distant or succeeding generations.

Thanks to man’s ability to write, he can overcome distances, motion, and time and transcend the temporal axis and the three spatial axes, and overcomes nature’s control over his body. By knowing how to write, it is as if I exit my body since my writings reach those whom I will never actually meet. This is the essence of being human.

It is about very deep roots. In the past, books were parchment scrolls, but in the modern world there is still a form different from the electronic form. Although it is much more convenient to read from a computer screen and many have gotten used to it, I still don’t think that the paper pages of a book will disappear so fast.

We feel by seeing visual images: Clips can be moving and can evoke you, but written texts give you an understanding. The wisdom comes through letters and the feeling through visual images.

Therefore, it is worthwhile to publish books in any form. Everyone can disseminate them no matter if you are a veteran or not. Every group has a chance to participate in the correction of the world through the corporeal action and to “earn” a spiritual reward.

Because our world is the last and special degree in the ladder of the worlds, we can exert ourselves physically here and receive a spiritual reward. By embracing the friends despite the hatred we feel, I still summon the Reforming Light. So from an egoistic intention of Lo Lishma (not for His sake), we advance towards the intention of in order to bestow Lishma (for His sake), from the evil inclination to the good inclination. The Light comes in reaction to my physical action and changes my desire. This doesn’t exist in the spiritual worlds. We only need to know how to use it.

Similarly, by disseminating books, I actually bestow. Not even knowing how, by my inclination, I open up the way for the Light, which later passes through me to people. Thus I become a “pipe” that passes on the Light. What can be better than that? This is actually all of our mission: to pass on the Light from the Creator to the world. So it is actually an action that belongs to the Kabbalistic method, and there is nothing more beneficial to a person than to follow exactly this way, directly.

Question: There is such a notion “long range.” Where eventually should our actions to organize the workshops lead?

Answer: We do this just to go into the world. We need to work out this system, firmly grasp our unity, the center of the group. We have to feel how we begin to see in it the manifestation of the higher state, the upper Force, how it affects us, how we cling to it, and it holds us, not letting us go. Each of us should understand clearly how he works on all his egoistic manifestations, rejections, etc.

When this method is correctly established in us, we will look at the world differently. We will see everything that is against us like help “against us,” not just “against.” And then we will be able to bring this into the world.

After all, everything started from resistance movements in all the countries. That is why, we began to go out and make circles.

And now, we make these circles, these “round tables” within ourselves. We need to work them out spiritually on a different degree, to go into the world, and to start to disseminate them there, not as we did this before, but in a more intensive bright form, connected with the upper root, so that the world feels that it’s not just an agreement between us but there is a force with which to solve problems. That is important.

Question: What is the connection between the center of the group and dissemination for the entire world?

Answer: First of all, we need to strive toward the center of the group to realize the great rule of the Torah: Love thy neighbor. Otherwise, it will not be the center.

And through this central point, which determines the beginning and ends at the end of correction, through these definitions, I relate to all of reality and the entire world (the 99%). After all, I want to see all of humanity in this central point, and I surely will see it there!

To the extent that I correct myself in the center of the group, in relation to the rest of the world (toward the ninety-nine percent), with all of the positive and negative qualities that I discover in it, with all of the opinions and perceptions already formed inside of me, to that extent, I will see all of humanity in the center of the group, already corrected and ready for my realization. In this way, I will act from the internal part of the world outward.

By these means, I will establish spiritual dissemination. Then, I will see how effectively it helps the world, and how the world is moving forward and changing.

While the external form remains, in the same way, this world is obliged to exist until the very end of correction, until all of this imaginary reality disappears from our perception. That is why we need to apply effort in external dissemination as well.

However, then we will be able to define the right relationship toward the internal and external and distribute our strength. Our evaluations will change.

So, the center of the group is a point toward which we are aiming before everything else, as if we were setting out from all of the worlds of BYA into Malchut of the world of Atzilut, and then from Malchut of the world of Atzilut, wanting to join into ourselves all of the desires of all of reality and raise them ever higher; we discover ever higher qualities called Zeir Anpin, YESHSUT, Bina, and so on. With these new qualities and understanding, we correct and build the Shechina, the collection of all of the souls.

This is because, when addressing it with my uncorrected qualities, it is as if I am building it; I am joining it as a beneficial, active part. The Shechina is rejoicing in the fact that she no longer needs to separate her organ from herself, but can return it and connect it to herself.

Question: What role should our American friends play in relation to the world Kli at the upcoming convention in New Jersey?

Answer: I think that of all the countries, the US can influence the world in the most efficient way. After all, we are talking about a very powerful nation that others listen to. All mass media of the world comes together in the US. The US has a great influence.

Moreover, the modern crisis is mainly revolving around it, ant the crisis continues to expand and deepen. And this is why, if we wish to affect the world, the main tool for doing it is here in the US. It is necessary to organize a strong, united American group—then we will be heard and will be able to “sweeten” the crisis so people would understand the situation that they are in and would come to correction, instead of simply tolerating new disasters.

Today, mankind looks like a stubborn child who does not want to do what he needs to do. And at the same time the parents cannot give in because his entire future depends on it. He must finish school despite his lack of desire, and this is why he experiences pressure and misfortunes until he finally passes the exams.

We have spent thousands of years developing egoistically. The growing egoism constantly increased its pressure, and we kept realizing it in feeling and mind. Our desires kept getting stronger and we advanced. However, right now a new stage is beginning: Instead of the egoistic power of reception and hatred, we must develop another power in us: the power of bestowal and love.

For us to feel the need for it, disasters can be sent to us, which are already echoing. We are naturally speaking about a lengthy process, one that does not encompass the whole world simultaneously; however, overall, the disasters are meant to bring us the knowledge that our egoism has completed its development and we should not expect new marvelous results from it.

Moreover, being a part of the world, we cannot make decisions only for ourselves. For example, when things are well somewhere, we also get a share of the Light even though we could be in a very somber state.

But no matter what, we need to understand that the process has begun and is moving forward. All our systems have been expiring and even collapsing for a long time now. Everything people have developed over thousands of years while realizing his growing egoism is beginning to fall apart. However, even though the collapse is already taking place before our eyes, we do not yet realize it and do not understand that it is possible to move down another road. This is where the problem lies: We need a science, which will explain global tendencies to us.

An instinctive development is enrooted in the still, vegetative, and animate nature. There is no choice, thought process, and conscious movement forward. But it is the opposite way with us: Unlike the rest of nature, our development was forced by a single power from one generation to another and over the course of a person’s entire life. Now we must also receive a second power beside the egoistic one, and begin to balance it in order to control our life with two “reins.”

While a single power was driving us, it encompassed our entire world. But now, when a second power is being revealed before us, we must choose between them, we must decide the right way to work with both of them. Thus, for the first time in history, we are receiving two reins in our hands, we can use “both legs” to walk, we can use both powers of Nature: the positive and the negative—to control both ourselves and Nature. This will help us rise to the degree of the Creator, and we are being impelled to do it from Above.

The positive power of bestowal, love, and unity has been influencing us for the past 50-60 years, pushing our development in this direction. We have not been noticing what has been happening, but meanwhile, since the Second World War, full intertwining of connections between countries started to form with greater intensity, and the world seems to have become “rounder,” more interconnected in all its parts. It was the war that initiated this process.

Since then, the positive power was being revealed in the world. So far it has been bringing nations and countries closer, mixing them and creating interactions between them. As a result, the world now appears to be pretty round and integral; however, people do not yet understand the situation that is taking place. This is because it was being formed automatically, mechanically, without people feeling it, instinctively, through force.

But then the modern crisis came, which essentially explains to us that we must control the world, we must make our systems correspond to the two powers, which operate on the global scale.

Still, we do not realize this. The rulers of the world, economists, financial analysts, and merchants – everyone continues to act according to the old rules. This also takes inertia into account; however, it will end, and we will still feel how serious and deep the world crisis is in the next year or two. We will have no more strength left to keep concealing it.

For now, everyone is instinctively trying to mask it and ignore the obvious: both ordinary people and governments. This situation is very dangerous and can lead to an explosion. Kabbalah also speaks about the possibility of the third, nuclear, world war.

And this is why it is very important for us to explain what is happening in the most extensive, simple, and accessible manner: in different forms, in different languages, to every person and everyone together, from one side to another, and in every direction, to give people the opportunity to perceive something and start thinking in this direction. This way we can “sweeten” the current transitional situation so everyone would understand that there is no other solution, we have entered a special historic process.

So, the US is a leading country in the world, both in positive and negative aspects. And this is why we must gain as much strength and influence over public opinion as possible here, to bring to the people the knowledge about the process that has begun.

We’ve always believed that the love of friends, the group, and dissemination are kids’ games, that we are obliged to deal with them. Many of us still think: “This is about the upper world, while we have to deal with some sort of dissemination. Why should I offer this to people? What do I need this for?”

But gradually, under the influence of the upper Light, in our consciousness, the recognition of what is happening changes in us. Only after several years does a person begin to understand that the implementation of the method is fulfilled only in his connection with others, that the spiritual world isn’t somewhere over the ocean, or somewhere else, but that it is here. You just have to change yourself and your internal perception—now you want everything for yourself, but you have to reach the opposite state, to exit yourself, and instead of inward, aim outward.

The recognition that everything depends on your internal attitude towards the world is a very meaningful change over. It really takes the Light a long time to influence us.

Every lesson, every addition, is another tiny portion of the Surrounding Light that influences us from a distance bringing us closer.

There are great changes taking place all the time. But there are so many that it takes several years.

In the past it took many years, let’s say 20 years. Today it can be limited to several years. It may very well be that when the masses reach it, even by just a little, by yearning and making efforts in this direction, it will take less time.

Still it is a changeover in consciousness, in our recognition, since you don’t think in terms of time and distance any more as if the upper world is somewhere far away. You already understand that it is here, and it is simply your attitude towards it and the way you think that create it.

We talk a lot about the things we want to achieve, attain, and reveal. But we have merited this aspiration because the entire world needs it. How can we help the world?

Everything around us is filled with the upper Light that permeates us, but we don’t feel it yet because of our egoism; great abundance exists in the world. There is everything! Only our egoism does not allow us to share with others, expand it in a way that would make everyone happy. Thus in the end everyone suffers.

Let us think about what we can offer to the world, how we imagine a corrected society where everything already operates according to the laws of mutual bestowal, love, and participation, when everyone understands that they are connected into one common system, and it cannot be that some are happy and others are not.

This interconnection manifests between us to such extent that we automatically behave this way. We reveal that we are an integral system. We only think about reciprocity. A person who thinks about others no longer needs anything else. As Baal HaSulam writes, everyone thinks about everyone else. I am certain that my friends are thinking about me, and this is why I cannot even think about myself. And this forces me to think about others.

The Creator pushes us towards this kind of unity, this kind of society. We hope to come to this is in a good way—through dissemination, education, and upbringing instead of having suffering, blows, and different cataclysms and catastrophes push us towards it.

Let us use the simplest example, a small town with a population of 50 thousand people: Ten thousand are working at the largest enterprise in the city. Right now they only spend half a workday working; there is no work.

Ten thousand people are elderly and retired. Ten thousand are children. And another twenty thousand people are in the service field, they work in all the city’s systems.

The problem is that the big factory, where ten thousand workers, engineers, and other professionals work, is closing. And for this reason the main source of income in the city is being reduced twofold since the revenue brought to the city by the factory circulates in all the fields of service.

This is a common problem, which today appears in many places in the world.

And now imagine, what we can offer to the population if we were to introduce our system of integral upbringing and education.

For example, we can begin with the employees of the plant since half of their workday is becoming free. How can we come to the other people in the city: the homemakers, children, the elderly, and those who are employed in municipal services since their workload, together with their salaries, are also naturally being diminished?

What kind of changes would happen in the city if we were to gradually introduce new social relations between people, spouses, within families, the household, on the street, the parks, in service, cleaning, delivery, in all the city and municipal jobs?

How can people who create integral relations save and cut their spending in a way that they are not able to feel it? Can this be done?

How can the double drop in the main city revenue be compensated in a way that a person practically does not feel it when he offsets it with new social relations, relationships between people?

Imagine how a town like this needs to live.

We must bring all of this in order, we must discuss and gradually incorporate all these problems into a system, and solve them because this really is a problem. And today it is already arising in many places.

If we are able to express this in a realistic way and imagine it together with scientists, sociologists, and political scientists with calculations and numbers, this will bring us closer to realizing these ideas.

But naturally, in general, nothing can be solved without integral upbringing. And this is the main thing.

Moreover, we must not forget that no problem can be solved without the influence of the Surrounding Light. We must still take into consideration that no matter what our undertakings are like, no matter what kind of wonderful ideas that great people and great minds propose – nothing will work without us hoping, knowing, and working in a way that will attract the Light, and then it will do it.

Question: How can we come to integrality and unification through dissemination and the integral method?

Answer: Dissemination supports us, it obliges us to be together, to communicate, connect, discuss, and so on. But we shouldn’t forget that dissemination will be effective only if we are pursuing a higher goal: the revelation to the world of the state in which it would exist inside the upper Light, in supreme good, in love and bestowal. We are all inside this field: a field of information, a field of kindness.

If we’re pursuing this goal in our dissemination work, then through that, we evoke the influence of the surrounding Light upon us and the whole world. And, of course, through that we become closer ourselves. This intention should be present at least somehow, somewhere, in some form, but we need to take care to ensure that it is there.

We don’t have a right to forget about it, because otherwise, our dissemination won’t be effective, it would simply be a corporeal action. But if we’ll be thinking about how through this action we’re bringing the world, and ourselves along with it, towards revelation of the Creator, then we will succeed.

We can also add an intention that through this, we wish to bring pleasure to the Creator. But this is too high of a degree. I don’t want to talk about this yet, because people get confused: “Who is the Creator? What kind of pleasure are we talking about?”, and so on. Our inner psychology operates with such phrases. We cannot give anything to the Creator, no kind of pleasure. But we say it this way because we feel that this is seemingly happening in the reflection on us.

If we start pursuing this goal, then our dissemination will be billions of times more effective. And this is most important. You have to go to disseminate with an understanding that through this, you’re bringing enormous benefit to the world, helping them reveal the Creator. Moreover, the connection between us will become correspondingly greater. The problem is only in the absence or incompleteness of our intention.

Question: To what extent can we speak about dissemination at the Convention?

Answer: We will speak about dissemination at the Convention whenever we can. One of the topics included in the planned schedule is a lecture on dissemination and a discussion of dissemination work. It’s best for this to be the last topic of the Convention. This should be what we leave the Convention with, our outcome and way of addressing the world. This should be discussed as the conclusion of the Convention.

In principle, we are getting together to unite with one another, inside of us, meaning to pursue unification inwards, rather than dissemination, expansion outward. This is the objective of the Convention! But we should also think about how we will expand our idea because our spiritual success depends on that.

Mainly, the entire Convention will be aimed within us, within our worldwide desire, but nevertheless, the last topic will be devoted to dissemination. The topic of women will be addressed separately, including women’s organizations, as well as the topic of upbringing for children and adults. These are all topics that will be discussed.

Question: What goals are in front of us regarding dissemination in the world? We see how people are suffering in many countries. How can we help them?

Answer: The truth is that there are people among us who believe that since the world doesn’t hear us yet, it’s better to wait: Let them suffer some more and then we’ll start disseminating after they already understand the essence of suffering. Such an attitude toward humanity does not stem from love.

We need to try, at all costs, to convey at least something to the people, wherever and whomever they may be, and to mitigate any of their sufferings.

The year ahead will be very intense. We await many different changes in the world. There are the re-elections of various people in power, and although very little actually depends on them, it still has great significance. The world is undergoing major shake-ups.

The contract with the federal monetary system in America, which prints money, is coming to an end. And who knows what will happen next. In other words, the world is facing very serious developments on the material level.

Naturally, all these events are concentrated in this way under the influence of the Light, and this speaks to the fact that today we can implement very powerful changes since something new is always born out of such contrast.

In addition, we’re going through tremendous changes between us, within us, and in our relationship to the world. Everything depends on how effectively we use the amazing possibilities given to us from above. Everything that we want is there; just do it and you will succeed. Everything depends only on us.

But overall, this is a decisive year. This year, we are forming the spiritual system of the world together—the correction of the world in accordance with the laws of nature.

We need to work in collaboration with scientists, politicians, and respected people who agree with us regarding everything concerning the problems of our world. We need to gather all of it together into a single system that could appeal to the world and to start to systematically promote it, to arrange it in its proper place, through UNESCO, the UN, and governments.

There is a vast field of activity before us. Stop paying attention to small problems; try to rise above them because the Creator “slips them in” for you in order to elevate you.

Don’t forget about that.

We need to quickly finalize the development of the integral education and upbringing method and offer it to humanity. By the end of the year, new problems will emerge in the world: unemployment, confusion, and ruin. The world will have a need for our method, which on top of everything else, is essentially free and easily implemented, and requires no extra costs.

Usually, if there are major changes in society, it requires decades and billions of dollars in investment: and here, almost nothing. If we have the Internet, television, clubs, and volunteers, then everything will move along. In just a few weeks we will feel how people are changing. And we don’t need anything else. Enormous resources are liberated, and the world becomes kind, friendly, and bright.
