What Is The Day of the Lord and the Night of the Lord?

921Day and night can be defined by sunrise due to the Earth’s rotation. But what is the day of the Creator and the night of the Creator? How do I check where the day and the night are? Of course, this has nothing to do with astronomy or the physical world because forces of the inanimate level operate in it.

The day and night of the Creator refer to the states one goes through. The more one advances and identifies oneself with the Creator, the closer a person gets to Him, and accordingly feels what day is and what night is for the Creator. A person feels the changes of states accompanying this process. There are no changes in the Creator; it is the person who decides whether it is the night or day of the Creator.

There is no day without night and no night without day. The Torah, of course, talks about days and nights in the spiritual sense, about the day and night of the Creator. We need to delve into these concepts and begin to live according to spiritual days and nights and realize the whole process of our development and the endless evolution of the eternal spiritual nature.

In our spiritual work, a person must come to the point where darkness shines as light and evening and morning become one day.

During the day of the Creator, all prayers are answered because at that time I am close to the Creator and in direct connection with Him: I am to Him, and He is to me. This is called the day of the Creator. Then the Creator accepts my prayers, and I understand what the Creator is addressing me with. In fact, we are always in connection with the Creator, but I do not understand it, nor do I realize that I am in contact with Him.

Waiting for the day of the Creator means striving for faith above reason, for the qualities of bestowal. Faith must become so strong that we can clearly see the Creator’s benevolent governance of the world.
