This frequency corresponds to brain wave frequencies… These frequencies are related to different states like relaxation and alertness… The sites claim binaural beats cause the same effects as illegal drugs… If binaural beats work as promised, they are not safe.

My Comment: The experimentation with drugs and other “comforting” methods, and even thoughts about suicide, will soon be replaced by the realization that none of them will solve people’s main problems: providing an answer to the question, “What am I living for?” The need to find the answer will bring people to Kabbalah, which reveals the level or dimension that we came from, and where we go when we leave.

My Comment: There is a system, which precedes genes or parents, and it defines all “good” and “bad” inclinations in each person. These adjectives are in quotes because everything is according to “the plan,” we just have to correct ourselves by education at any stage of life (by parents and by society from childhood on through the rest of one’s life). This is what Kabbalah does to a person because Kabbalah alters human genes! It is not education itself that does it, but by studying Kabbalah, the force of Ohr Makif is drawn, which changes human nature.

My Comment: Where is the all-encompassing and boundlessly merciful maternal love? Alas, everything is determined by hormones and genes. Men watch women because it brings them pleasure. Women find no pleasure in observing a male. The basic foundation of Nature is the desire to receive (pleasure). That’s what completely dictates our behavior.

My Comment: Kabbalah has always maintained that it is precisely our thoughts that control the entire world. A person must learn how to use his desires and thoughts. Kabbalah teaches a person how to desire and think correctly (with the heart and mind) in order to elicit positive outcomes. But a person has constantly lacked guidance and, as a result, has always negatively influenced the world with his thoughts.

In the News (from Insciences.org): “Sleep helps us to store relevant information” – When we are asleep, our brain is not idle. While our body is relatively calm and still, the neurons in our brain continue to work. This activity is important because during sleep we subconsciously process memories so that they can be stored in our mind.

In the brain, the hippocampus acts as the ‘temporary’ memory, i.e. the first structure in which a new experience is stored. Over the course of time, this experience is moved to the cerebral cortex for long-term storage, through a process referred to as memory consolidation. This takes place during periods of physical inactivity, for example during sleep.

My Comment: Kabbalah says that during sleep, the brain processes all that has happened – it sorts, memorizes, relives and makes conclusions. If this is does not happen, then a person loses the possibility to receive and process information. Our dreams are results of “wandering” thoughts and decisions.

My Comment: Kabbalah states that one must always start from the right. The right part of Nature is bestowing, while the left is receiving. When you ask for something, talk into the person’s right ear!

After starting from the right side, you then turn to the left: upon gathering the power of the right, bestowing side, one can turn to the left side so as to correct the egoism of the left side.

Everything should be done right to left.

My Comment: This is only the case if I am an animal. But if I desire more, if my egoism grows at a faster rate than when I was a child, and I cannot satiate it no matter what I do – then the happiness formula won’t work. Both millionaires and paupers will remain miserable. The doctor’s prescription won’t work!

Happiness is when a desire is being fulfilled. But if my desire grows and demands fulfillment which is greater than the sum of the formula, then what am I to do, doc?

In fact, man’s desire does outgrow this world – and it can only be fulfilled with the sensation of the purpose of life, its eternal harmony. This desire is being revealed in us as we speak! We were programmed this way! While the true remedy lies in revealing eternal life, all that doctors can do is hand out sedatives and anti-depressants.

In this way, all people may stay where they are, not worrying about the future and not overpopulating areas of the world that have optimal agricultural conditions. Prevention of this mutual disaster lies in unity and mutual guarantee.

The science of kissing even has a name: philematology. Research on the subject was presented at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in Chicago. Research led by Wendy Hill, professor of neuroscience at Lafayette College, looked at how kissing affects the hormone oxytocin, sometimes called the “love hormone,” which is associated with social bonding, and cortisol, a measure of stress.

My Comment: According to Kabbalah, there are three kinds of connection between a soul and the Creator: a hug (His left arm is under me and the right one embraces me), a kiss (spirit) and a merger (on all levels). Therefore, a similar interaction exists between bodies in our world. It is studied in the Talmud Eser Sefirot on thousands of pages with scientific description of causes and effects. The book is available and open for everyone.
