Question: I feel it is fairly easy to cancel corporeal pleasures. But when tastes in spiritual work come, what should we do with them: fight them or raise a prayer for the Creator to take them away?

Answer: Not in any case! We must rise above pleasures but not kill or erase them. On the contrary, the Creator wants us to enjoy. The last stage of all corrections is absolute pleasure when the light completely covers all the Kelim.

Therefore, we must definitely seek greater pleasure. The only problem is that these great pleasures should be connected with the Creator and our Kli, and we do not replace the Creator with pleasure.
