Question: You said that our world is not empty; souls live in it. Can we say that we are all companions in misfortune because we ended up in this lowly world?

Answer: Why in misfortune? Our world is indeed the lowest, but it was created by the Creator so that from it we could ascend to Him. Therefore, we have a great task. We are special.

So do not say the Creator did such a thing! He did everything absolutely right. We will eventually see how justified all His actions and intentions are.
