I grew up my whole life among sages, and have not found anything good for the body besides silence (Masechet Avot, 1:17).

Question: Why does silence have such a height, I have not found anything good besides silence?

Answer: Because a person, in principle, should talk to himself. When he talks to himself, he begins to transition to the Creator.

Question: Prayers are written in words after all, and are said three times a day when necessary. There is a time for saying prayers. Why?

Answer: This is for those who do not know how to be silent. It is for those who need to say something, cry out, and so on.

Usually, if a person can express it all within himself, it is the best and strongest. It is a screaming silence.
