About the Quality of Our Effort

Question: How can we separate the qualities that prevent us from moving forward from ourselves?
Answer: Separating them is very simple; if they strengthen your connection with the group, you leave them, and if they are against your connection with the group, you move away from them.
Question: How can we check the quality of our efforts?
Answer: If there is a reaction to them, then their quality was good. This is the only way.
