Question: What is the difference between restriction and screen?

Answer: Contraction is when I simply reduce reception from an external source, maybe from people or from nature, it doesn’t matter what. That is, the desire remains but I cut it from use, from filling.

And the screen is no longer just a reduction in the use of one’s desires, but their conversion to bestowal, to the opposite, not to receive into oneself, but to give to others.
