Answer: It is not necessary to control anything; otherwise, a person would go crazy with all the thoughts. It is necessary to be locked onto one thought: “There is none else beside Him” (Deuteronomy 4:35); I am connected to Him, and everything that I do in this world is so that I will not become detached from Him.

Comment: When you say this, I am immediately enveloped in serenity. You seem to be surrendering yourself to this stream without any resistance.

Answer: This is because there isn’t anything else. Surrender yourself, and that’s it! It is as if you were anesthetized.
