Question: History shows that the development of humanity throughout ten thousand years could not change human nature. What force can help do this?

Answer: There is such a force in nature. When you are trying to become an integral part of nature, you suddenly begin to receive some kind of force, support. This is a law of nature. It is as if nature is moving towards you.

This is not mysticism. In my activities, I am very distant from various mystical explanations. We simply see this. We need to try to be integral in the same way a child who wants to become an adult does; he simply plays as an adult.

What does integral methodology consist of? People get together; at first they listen to a course of integral education, and then they enter the circle of integral development. In the process of development, we begin to practically create from them one common structure.

When people gather together, clarify the internal psychological problems of unity between them, and create one common desire and common thoughts, they suddenly begin to feel some force, a support. This force, the support, is formed in a group, in the collective that practices the methodology of integral connection. With that, we are stimulating a hidden force, which exists in nature, which we, as egoists, individualists, do not notice; we ignore it. However, when we get together, it begins to manifest. This is the force that is capable of changing us.

Question: In recent years we have been talking a lot about the work for the 99% of the planet’s population. If I have already changed and I see the world corrected, then why should I be changing them?

Answer: If they were not suffering then, possibly, you would be right. If they were not looking for a way out of their condition, then of course we would not be addressing them.

The science of Kabbalah was hidden throughout all of the millennia. The first time it was revealed was 5,773 years ago, but then it was hidden again. Its second revelation happened in the Ancient Babylon 3,700 years ago. However, nobody used it practically and it was hidden again. Now, throughout the past decades, it is gradually being revealed again. This third revelation is characterized by the fact that it is global.

A serious need exists in the world: how to go on living? Humanity has finally discovered the futility of its existence. What is life? A form for the existence of protein matter and that is it? But since you have already developed to such an extent that you are constantly suffering and you are constantly lacking something, then these sufferings are drawing the questions: What do I need this life for, how, and why?

Since before those questions were revealed, while the sufferings were not revealed in a more or less global form in the family, in society, culture, and science, and today even in economics as well, we did not come out to the large masses.

However, if a person does not need anything today as well, then don’t tell him anything. Let him live peacefully. The Creator gives him desires on a particular level, and he fulfills these desires: He has a home, a garden, chickens, a small yard. He is fine; it is enough for him; so don’t touch him. You have no right!

However, if a person is suffering, try giving him something so that he will find an answer to his question about suffering.

But if suffering is manifested already in the global form: the terrible state of children in schools, the detachment of youth, depression, drugs, suicide, lack of work, and the complete destruction of the past relationship towards life, then we can speak, but in general, not addressing each person. Speak about the reason behind what is going on, about our egoism, and how we can come to a better life if we correct it a little, if we change our relationships between us.

Practically, we are only advising about how it is possible to improve our state and only where people have a big question about this. That is why we disseminate Kabbalah only in those places, where it is necessary, where people really do have a need.

Question: If I go to disseminate to the 99% of the population without the minimum preparation, will I bring them more benefit or harm?

Answer: One needs to study about this. We have special courses open for educators and teachers, for people who work with the masses, for lecturers. All who participate in dissemination are required to pass these courses.

Everyone is obliged to this without exception. Everyone! Each one must take these courses and keep developing constantly. And this helps. First, this shapes a person; addressing others he becomes connected to them, and in the contact with them, he begins to form himself.

Dissemination is an effective means for spiritual ascent.

Question: If half of the human population will not be working, then won’t an opposition emerge between those who work and must give to those who do not do anything other than study all the time?

Answer: First of all, one needs to look at those who work and those who study as everyone who participates in the same pursuit. There will not be such a concept as “working or not working.” According to our research and statistical data, 1-2% of the Earth’s population can produce all of the necessary food products and an additional 6-7% of the people can produce everything else that man needs. Everything that is necessary; do you understand? Let’s say, it’s 10% of the entire human population, and what about the rest of the people? What should be done with them? Destroy them?

We need to understand that a person shouldn’t be working in the way that he’s working today at all. Except for the past couple of centuries, never has a person been working from morning until night. Work has become the most important for him. And for comfort, kindergartens are being organized close to companies. Work in general has obtained the status of the center of life.

But why should it be this way? Why can’t a person come to work for only two hours a day, and study for the rest of the time? At that, he is working on self-education, integral development. He joins this process and each time, every day, to the extent of his changing, he must bring himself to a greater balance with nature. And this is a constant renewal. We will be obligated to do this. Nobody needs to give up anything; everyone is equal in this.

Today, when you communicate with a person, first of all you find out: who are you, where are you, what is your occupation, how much do you earn? This is all that interests us. But now we are coming to a different society. Neither the earth, nor the natural resources, or the environment (as much as we have already polluted it) will allow us to behave this way any further. We already see this.

In no way are we convincing anyone, like the rest of the scientists, that we need to act this way and not another; we simply offer a possible solution. We will be happy to hear other proposals. We are also constantly searching, supplementing this methodology with newer and newer data. In general, this work is part of the research. If you were to ask me 10 years ago, then you would have heard only a small part of what I am saying today. Besides, we have discovered a lot from our colleagues around the world with whom we are cooperating closely.

We live in a world that has become integral. The interconnection of all countries and states proves this.

Today, we don’t have to go to war with one another. It is enough to break a country’s connection with another, and it falls. If you ban the import and export of goods, it will not be able to exist. This is the extent to which we are interconnected.

It turns out that we must learn to coexist with one another. Since we are interconnected, we cannot exist in continuous opposition to one another like family members who constantly fight, but live under the same roof. We must do something about it.

This is why we ought to have upbringing for adults. It is not simply upbringing, but the creation of completely different systems of interconnection and communications between nations and between organizations, basically, between everyone. Nature demands that we be integral and enclosed. This is precisely the state our society has to reach.

Today, more than ten thousand scientists are studying integral interactions. We have accumulated a large database that is available to anyone. We have established a connection with many organizations that study this phenomenon. This is not because we simply want to do it, but because the natural process of human development has brought us to this point.

We have to change people somehow, and here we encounter a very interesting phenomenon: Nature compels us to shift from a society of excessive consumption to a society of reasonable consumption, in balance and harmony because when we consume equally and give to one another and to nature, by keeping that law of balance as the main law of nature, a great number of people will be released from work.

This means that, with the help of the crisis, the future society that is already beginning to take shape will gradually result in people working very little. They won’t have to work ten hours a day. The erroneous attitude toward the use of our time should be replaced by creating new relationships among people. This will indeed require a lot of time.

We have studied this issue and have reached the conclusion that for the hundreds of millions of people who will soon be free from work (there will simply be no work for them), we need to establish a huge world university. We must teach these people about the integral attitude to others and to nature.

The right integral attitude to mutual cooperation will release such forces that everything will be enough for everyone.

According to all our calculations and data, there is nothing in the world that we lack. The only problem is that man cannot properly allocate everything because of greed, because of his ego.

If we take all the unemployed and create one university, classes, and clubs where people will learn the integral education, we will create a totally different society, that will be satisfied, balanced, no longer seeking super satiation, and will really feel happy.

It is known that in the last few years, the so-called “economics of happiness” has been developed, which measures everything not by the amount of money, but by how a person feels life. In principle, this is what we need to come to.

There is nothing artificial here. Life simply obliges us to study all the processes that take place in society and how we can balance them. This is what nature pushes us to.

Question: Can men and women who want to become instructors, educators, and organizers of integral education study together or is it better for them to study separately?

Answer: I think that it is better to study together, but without children because children need other examples and other generalizations; they need to be talked to at a different level.

Groups can be comprised of people of various ages from 18-20 to the elderly. Perhaps, we need to sort them according to their age, for instance, groups from 20 to 30, or from 25 to 40 (major groups), or from 40 to 60, and groups for the elderly.

Question: During the process of preparing instructors of integral education, does a person need to practice this method on oneself?

Answer: Moreover, he needs to experience this, to feel this, because he needs to form an integral perception of the world. Only then will he be able to be an instructor or educator. That is, he must clearly see the world differently than his students do. They look at the world individually, egoistically, but he should be one level higher.

If he does not have it, he cannot teach. He will just show people some memorized tricks, but will not be able to pass the spirit of integrality to them: “Do like this, think like this. And if you make this decision or vice versa?” If he does not have a feeling of the integral technique, if it does not live in him, he will not be able to teach students and gradually advance them to an integral perception of the world.

It is impossible just to learn this. First of all, you need to reformat yourself, only then you become a true instructor.

It is not that I graduated from a university, got a diploma, and now here I am ready to go and work anywhere. A diploma, a certificate of teaching ability, is a person’s adaptation to the new world, his perception of himself, his inner changes and only that.

Question: You represent the concept of integral education, but we know that modern society is accumulating great amounts of knowledge. It is said that every three to four years the amount of knowledge is doubled. Often we are dealing with transmitting information that was discovered a decade ago. How is it possible to connect new knowledge with your method of learning?

Answer: I’ve already told you that we have groups of children in our integral education framework in which the children study from the age of six. By the age of 12-13, they can already understand and grasp correctly practically every kind of knowledge. Their perception is changed to become integral. The students are not afraid of anything; they are not closed. The teacher doesn’t “pour” the information into their heads. They perceive everything as one system of nature that constantly completes one picture.

Some of the kids at the age of 13-14 have already completed their first year of university study. They are equivalent to the end of their high school studies and are preparing for the matriculation exams. There is a law in Israel that allows them to do so. They passed the exams successfully. They don’t study individually, but in a group. They do their homework together and write papers together, etc.

I believe that it is impossible to do anything today without changing the person himself. A formal presentation of information, when you absorb it into a very narrow part in you, doesn’t allow us to progress. We see this in practice.

Question: You say that integral education is not only essential, but it is the most important thing in life. What is so important about it?

Answer: Today nature puts us in a very tough framework when demands decline and a person has no need for anything except a normal, balanced, reasonable existence. We must make a transition from a society of unrestrained, unlimited consumption, although previously we thought our consumption would grow endlessly!

I was still a child when the Americans began advocating the consumer culture. They thought that it would be infinite, eternal, just like the communist propaganda on the other side of the world. But how could such a society be if we siphon all the natural resources from the earth and with them manufacture goods with built-in obsolescence, and so after a short period of use, we discard them into a landfill? As a result, cities are surrounded by huge garbage dumps that pollute our water sources and all the environment and our natural resources. We need to spend vast sums just to procure what is necessary for our existence: clean air, water, food, biological supplements and vaccinations, and huge purification plants, etc.

This means that the world has become more and more difficult because of the useless overproduction so that only a very few people (500 or 1000 people in the world) with exorbitant bank accounts that eventually will be useless for them as well, but they still don’t understand this because of their limitations. And for this we are destroying our only home, Earth?

I am not part of any environmental movement in any way. I am simply talking about the law of nature that obliges us to act differently. We are carrying out the main essential rule for our existence. These aren’t just nice words that teach us something beautiful; it is a necessity. We are beginning to feel it in our daily life.

We should understand that work hours can be reduced for a great number of people employed in manufacturing; we need this to raise ourselves to another level of development, a level of harmony with nature. Then we will begin to perceive nature differently, that it leads us, as it has done so during the many years of our development, towards a specific goal—to become equal to it.

What does it mean to become equal to nature? When we look at how the inanimate, vegetative, and animate parts of nature exist, it is clear that they simply exist. So what does man exist for? Is it only in order to live an ordinary “human” life? Then we are considering the human level as just a part of the animate world. Or is there another goal here that is above our perception?

We are able to study whatever is on a level of development that is lower than us, but we cannot examine what is on our level of development because a lower level can be examined only from a level above it. In order to rise to a higher level, we must attain integrality. Then we will be able to understand why man was created and what the purpose of his existence is. We shouldn’t push these questions aside thinking that they are childish and that they have no solution.
