Question: What mechanism would cause people to be interested in the integral method? A modern person is only interested in success, in becoming a professional, making more money, and so on. How would he or she switch from this familiar direction to the new one without violence, without crises, and without ailments?

Answer: Nature will still force us to switch through violence, crisis, and illnesses so it will drive us to make these changes anyway. But we don’t want for this to be realized through such serious, dramatic, surgical methods. We want this to be voluntary, gentle, and gradual, not with destiny’s blows and not through great bloodshed.

I think that it’s simply a question of promotion, the way that things which at one time weren’t attractive got popularized (like physics or poetry, it doesn’t matter what), through the incorporation of certain mechanisms into this process. Although it was a government program then, now we can create positive advertising through various movies, special books, and so on. In other words, it’s possible to achieve a state when this idea or those engaged in it will be welcomed, popular, and fashionable.

Of course for that we need to attract famous people, celebrities who will say that they are interested, that they are special because they are involved in integral upbringing, in this “reincarnation.” It is even possible to present it as a revolution within a person, as extremely meaningful inner changes in him or her. As a result of these changes, the world itself and society are felt completely differently, the questions of life and death become clearer and closer, and the barrier between birth, life, and death begins to gradually diminish. A person starts to be included in society and slightly disappears as an individual since inside he feels himself to be an element of a constant, eternally-existing mechanism of nature. And here we encounter the psychological sensations that can be made popular: Society loves such piquant and exciting experiences.

Question: Soon there will be a convention in Kharkov. Which main thought should we be concentrating on?

Answer: This thought must be a about achieving a very serious unity, where the upper Force will be revealed, which helps everyone see, feel, and understand how to actually advance.

Regrettably, currently there is enormous confusion; people still do not understand what they need to do. And they will not understand it until they see and feel that they are on a spiritual level: the level of bestowal. They will have problems, complaints, and so forth.

Question: Are you speaking about mankind or our groups?

Answer: Primarily, I am speaking about our groups. Personally, I need to urgently lift my students to already begin working with them on a different level.

I hope that our seminars, the upcoming fall convention, and the work in preparation for the convention and dissemination of our materials that we do over the course of this time, the round tables in the West, the US, and Israel—that all of this will result in our ability to enter then next level through our mutual effort. I am always waiting for this. And it is coming nearer.

It is like jumping over an abyss, when you need to swing intensely, and only after will you be able to make a good jump. We are now swinging like a cat aiming itself before a jump. This is the state that we are in now.

This has never yet happened in history because since the breaking of the Kelim, the vessels, we are the first ones to begin correcting.

Question: Sо you have both an uneasy and happy feeling that this is about to happen?

Answer: I simply know that this must happen, and I am concerned in a way, because I feel like the world is unraveling much faster and we must prevent the outcome of it.

We can do this if we gather into one single Kli, a common desire, then the world will follow us. And everyone will suddenly reveal that there is a method, a group, an organization, which is able to give a new philosophy, a new model to the world.

And if we fail to achieve this and will have no strength, mankind will also not feel anything. We must appear in this world as the carriers of a unifying, spiritual upper Force. And then the world will “smell” that we have it, and everyone will follow.

This is why it is very important now to prepare many teachers, lecturers, and educators who need to complete seminars and courses of integral preparation, of unity, so they understand what this is about even though they have not yet attained spirituality. But we already want to have materials, a method, and for everything around to move towards it.

I think that we will absolutely break through before the fall convention: The world will obligate us. There is an objective need here, and it is not for us, but for the world to advance forward.

Once we really capture this spiritual potential, the entire world will immediately begin to feel it and advance because we all exist in one single field.

Just like a charge in an electric field moves towards its source, its potential, in the same way, the entire world will suddenly feel that we have the solution to the problem; we will capture specifically this potential, this unity. It is not like something will convince everyone; people will not need words, they will simply wait: “Give us what you have!” They will turn to us with this demand.

My Comment: The growth of the Nazi organizations and parties is becoming common. Everything is going according to the Kabbalistic scenario, although it is according to its bad option—the path of suffering—rather than the path of Light, likeness to the Light, through the education of humanity for integration and unification.

Question: What should a person, who is not a natural orator, do if he is unable to be in front of people, to speak and explain things?

Answer: He needs to be paired up with a strong person, to see the way he works, to envy him. Envy is a very powerful driver.

This is why it is absolutely necessary to take him along so that he would see, get inspired, passionate, and jealous that the other one can do it and he cannot. This will advance him. Maybe he will not turn into a lecturer, but he will be able to prepare materials, organize round tables, and take part in the common discussion, instead of spending an hour standing in front of an audience.

There are people who just are not capable of doing it. There are people who simply read lectures written ahead of time, or conduct a lecture according to a thesis. And there are people like me. If there is something written in front of me, I am unable to say anything. This is a known fact.

Opinion (Tim Jackson, professor of sustainable development at the University of Surrey): “Productivity — the amount of output delivered per hour of work in the economy — is often viewed as the engine of progress in modern capitalist economies. Output is everything. Time is money. The quest for increased productivity occupies reams of academic literature and haunts the waking hours of C.E.O.’s and finance ministers. Perhaps forgivably so: our ability to generate more output with fewer people has lifted our lives out of drudgery and delivered us a cornucopia of material wealth.

“But the relentless drive for productivity may also have some natural limits. Ever-increasing productivity means that if our economies don’t continue to expand, we risk putting people out of work. If more is possible each passing year with each working hour, then either output has to increase or else there is less work to go around. Like it or not, we find ourselves hooked on growth.

“What, then, should happen when, for one reason or another, growth just isn’t to be had anymore? Maybe it’s a financial crisis. Or rising prices for resources like oil. Or the need to rein in growth for the damage it’s inflicting on the planet: climate change, deforestation, the loss of biodiversity. Maybe it’s any of the reasons growth can no longer be safely and easily assumed in any of today’s economies. The result is the same. Increasing productivity threatens full employment.

“One solution would be to accept the productivity increases, shorten the workweek and share the available work. …

“But there’s another strategy for keeping people in work when demand stagnates. Perhaps in the long run it’s an easier and a more compelling solution: to loosen our grip on the relentless pursuit of productivity. Certain kinds of tasks rely inherently on the allocation of people’s time and attention. The caring professions are a good example: medicine, social work, education. Expanding our economies in these directions has all sorts of advantages. …

“The care and concern of one human being for another is a peculiar ‘commodity.’ It can’t be stockpiled. It becomes degraded through trade. It isn’t delivered by machines. Its quality rests entirely on the attention paid by one person to another. Even to speak of reducing the time involved is to misunderstand its value. …

“In short, avoiding the scourge of unemployment may have less to do with chasing after growth and more to do with building an economy of care, craft and culture. And in doing so, restoring the value of decent work to its rightful place at the heart of society.”

My Comment: Namely, by building mutual support, passing many functions of the state, the service sector and industry, to the mutual aid organizations, leaving only the necessary part of production within the enterprise, we will get rid of the concept of “work to live” and “live to work” and will be free to create the new integral society.

Question: How can we become professionals of integral upbringing? What is it?

Answer: A professional of integral upbringing, firstly, is one who understands evolution, which we have undergone as the egoistic development of a person and humanity. From generation to generation, we have been developing until the point when our usual human egoism ceased to grow.

It has manifested itself almost in everything and now begins to become round; that is, more and more, we feel greater unity, integrality, and globality of all early affairs, absolute dependence of each other, and, in most cases, this is unwanted.

Corporations with global operations and markets understand what profit they have from this. And humankind, countries, governments, various organizations, and anyone in the world suddenly begin to feel constrained and interconnected with everyone.

Today, in order to provide myself with everything necessary, with what I am used to because I have developed to this level and cannot imagine a normal existence below it, as an ordinary citizen of any country, city, or region, I need to be fully connected with the whole world and feel dependent on everyone.

For example, China supplies special elements, rare metals, to all the countries. But what can we do if it no longer wants to supply them. We will have no computers, no phones, nothing. If somewhere the development of oil fields and all kinds of chemical materials is stopped, we will be left with nothing. That is, the world has been divided into sectors, which become so intertwined that it’s impossible today to imagine a normal existence without proper integral work of the entire world.

Billions of people live in cities, in an artificial society, which they have created and which would be very easy to destroy; it’s enough to break a few links and people will no longer be able to exist in the stone jungles they have built.

Our current state, in general, is clear to many, even to the simplest people, because it’s easy to explain from where we get everything and to whom in turn we deliver it. And from this mutual dependence, which emerged in the era of subsistence farming, first in the family, then in the cities, in factories, and then within the nation, now, no one can isolate himself, and this forces us to think differently.

My Comment: Here, instead of explaining in the process of integral education and upbringing when the same retired and unemployed people could become conscious participants in what is happening now—the process of transformation from an individual egoistic society into an integral society when a person himself changes—the change comes from above, which triggers protest.

Integral education encourages understanding of what is happening now as a natural process of human development, which aims to change today’s humanity as a society of individualists to a society of mutual responsibility and care. Integral education and upbringing of the masses is intended to begin this change consciously (easily, quickly, gently).

I became known as the guy that other market “experts” laughed at when I warned of trouble brewing in the seemingly indestructible American economy. After the wheels ground to a halt in mid-2008, people noticed that my book Crash Proof, originally released in early 2007, read like a detailed preview of many of the events that eventually unfolded. …

My Comment: This time is given to us to organize worldwide centers of integral education and upbringing, to prepare specialists (lecturers, course teachers, tutors, and organizers) to carry out explanatory work. And then we will meet with a distraught society, next to the shattered economy, family, education, and other “achievements” of humanity.

Politics, finances, culture, science and actually everything today is only built on communication, on mutual connection, while a person is not internally matched to these systems. It follows that all of our systems have reached this kind of state, but a person hasn’t and so it is very difficult. We are not able to manage anything correctly. So our economy, arts, science, childrearing, and the rest of our systems are in crisis. In principle, they aspire to be integrally connected, but the person who manages them, is not yet that way. So what can be done with him?

Human ego remains individualistic. We see how a person wants to withdraw, detach himself, be alone, and hide from others. He needs a separate apartment. He is, as if, ready to become connected to others, but only by phone and computer as if they guard his individualism, his immunity. And we don’t need to destroy this, but to at least adjust to those systems in which we already exist.

Nature itself is global and finds itself in complete mutual dependency in all its parts. We created our sciences, and assume physics, chemistry, biology, and zoology are separate investigations of nature; this doesn’t exist in nature. It is unified and everything in it is mutually connected. This means that the approach needs to be general and holistic, but it isn’t.

An identical, general approach needs to be taken for all of common global existence, but it doesn’t exist. Man doesn’t adjust himself to the world he lives in, while from the side of nature, those same systems suddenly changed themselves, without any connection to us, to be integral. Evolution brought us to this state.

We can’t continue to exist in this way; the crisis will continue. Its goal is to invite the need for change within a person.

And a person needs to independently and consciously go through all of these changes. He needs to bring himself to the form of being integral, to be compatible with all the systems: social, political, financial, cultural, etc., and to nature as well.

How can you change a person? How can you make his recognition, his understanding, his perception of the world, and his attitude to the world as general and holistic as all the systems?

Only then will we be able to operate together in the right way and to exist harmoniously inside it. Only then can we hope that our advancement is possible one way or the other and that it will continue. It will not be accompanied with a crisis anymore, but will develop in the right direction for humanity. This is why the question about new education and about the changing of man comes up.

First people must be educated integrally, which means providing the necessary amount of essential information and the explanation about the history of humanity and how it reached the current situation.

Then the education itself will be possible. Its goal will be to teach a person certain habits, to feel to what extent his connection with others is good and desired and brings about mutual understanding and the right decisions and a totally new feeling of the self, and to feel the society and nature in a new way. A person will begin to feel the general picture of the whole global integral system he is in.

So first and foremost, it is knowledge, education, and then upbringing. There will be a great demand for people who will bring the people this knowledge and who will actually start teaching it to humanity. So we have to start preparing them now. First they have to go through all these states by themselves, to receive systematic information, and then to feel all the changes that the integral education brings about on themselves.

After studying in courses, they will go through serious practical work on unity and feel for themselves the changes humanity has to go through. This will prepare them to convey this information and these methods to the world.

We have to implement this in all the countries and in every language. And what’s more, there should be a unique method for every group of people that takes into account their mentality, their language, and other factors—a different approach for different people.
