Question: How can one balance the need to explain people’s guilt in what is happening on one hand, and on the other, make sure that they accept it?

Answer: As Baal HaSulam explains at the end of the Introduction to The Book of Zohar, all correction begins from within, from the innermost part of ourselves.

If you find a point of support on the Creator within yourself and from this point you influence yourself and the group, and from this point you reach out to the whole world, you will be able to explain it, be right, and self-confident. There will be no difficulty in doing so. But only if you have that point of reliance on the Creator.
