Vector toward the Ten

934Question: Sometimes negative thoughts come to me about this or that person. They capture my senses and cause irritation. Is it necessary to immediately stop the thought or should I somehow digest it in myself, scroll through it, close it, and try to cover it with love? If it does not work out, then pray accordingly? What is the right thing to do?

Answer: In any case, when you do not understand anything, you should gather the whole ten in your thoughts and feelings, connect with them, and then turn to the Creator. Then, He will answer any of your questions.

Meaning don’t stop the thought, but immediately change the vector to the ten, and then all negative thoughts will dissipate.
