We are in the world of Infinity even now. We act within this world, but the results of our actions are not revealed to us during the period of concealment. However, we are within the same connection between the souls, the same common Kli of Infinity.

Concealment is only in regards to us. While we are in this world, we are situated in the world of Infinity, but we only feel it through five worlds or layers of concealment. The world of Infinity, which we perceive within, is then called our world.

During the period of preparation for revelation, we work against concealment, which is called our world. We wish to achieve a connection, correction and revelation, but we are incapable. However, when our efforts reach their full extent, they turn into a plea.

A person demands the Light from above to come and correct him, which then reveals a state, where he had previously existed. It is as though someone turns on a light bulb, or lights a small candle in a huge room, and a person already sees the same state, the same world of Infinity. This is the world of Assiya.

Therefore, you act in the same world, with the same power and the same desires, but to the extent that you are able to work with them, more becomes revealed to you. You raise all the desires with yourself and continue working. Nothing that existed before disappears. You merely add a conquering force every time, and this is how you advance.

Revelation is a state, where the previous concealment no longer gets in your way. You are able to work within the same concealment, and this is called revelation. You receive such power that you can orient in the same concealment, despite the fact that it is there. However, you can work with  that heaviness, which means that you have risen above it. You then reveal an even greater heaviness, with which you can also reach a connection.

The higher up the steps you climb, the greater the concealment becomes. The only difference is that after the first step, which is called Machsom, you already know how to rise above this concealment and how to work with it and accept it. After all, it is forbidden to reject concealment, otherwise a short circuit failure between the Light and the desire would occur.

Questions I received about the study of Gematria, characters from ancient texts, and the two forms of desire:

Question: Is the study of Gematria related to Kabbalah? What is the goal of this science? What do we have to learn from it?

My Answer: Gematria is a method for recording the relationships between spiritual properties and different souls. It is similar to modern methods of recording information. Letters represent properties descending from the ruling system of signals. If we depict the sequence of letters as words, then we do not read the actual words but rather the program, which runs our world.

What Gematria gives us is an example of how we should be. Our entire work is to come to be similar to the Creator. This similarity can be achieved only by copying His actions, just as a child learns from adults in this world.

Question: Kabbalah speaks of Adam, Eve and other characters from ancient texts. I would like to know who these people were.

My Answer: They are internal forces of the root of the soul: the giving male source and the receiving female one. In Kabbalah, these are the systems of Z”A and Malchut. For more information, read The Book of Zohar.

Question: Can we say that there are two forms of desire? The first one is the desire to please oneself and the second – to please others. The first is very limited, and the second is eternal and infinite.

A question I received: A man who knows that the entire world is a single system can begin to correct himself. But what about people who know nothing about it and continue to act incorrectly within the system, harming all the rest?

My Answer: We have to continue our efforts to explain it to them, and the more they understand what is needed for the correct actions, the better off all of us will be.

You have to see the world as part of yourself that’s not yet corrected and therefore seems external to you. However, if you correct it, you will attach yourself to it and feel it as your own part. That’s how it is revealed.

If you truly feel how deeply you are dependent on others, then at that same instant, you will discover that all of them are parts of you, but still out of your control. They’re like your own children, whom you feel as an inseparable part of you, although they disobey you and don’t want to be together with you.

Thus you reveal that all of the souls, all of humanity are parts of your own soul. But you are being purposefully misled by feeling that they are apart from you, that they are strangers. Otherwise, correction would be impossible. If I had felt the entire world as part of me to begin with, I would not have been able to correct anything. My sensation of them being strangers, that there’s distance that separates us, is precisely the reason why it’s easy for me to correct them. If I felt these parts within me, it would be terrible and a very hard thing to do; I wouldn’t be able to touch them.

That’s why the Creator “pulled” them outside of me and gave me an opportunity to relate to them as to strangers. If I wish to bring them closer to me and to receive good influence back from them – that means I’m correcting them. Such an illusion of separation between myself and strangers serves the purpose of my correction, but in reality, they are my own inseparable parts.

A question I received: Is there some optimistic side to the current crisis?

My Answer: I am the greatest optimist with regard to the crisis. Kabbalists see it as the starting point for our humanity’s correction and the end of all of our misfortunes.

The present crisis shows us how separated we are. The lack of unity is being revealed in almost everything: in the economy, trade, and in all social and political relationships.

We still lack a common understanding of the fact that egoism is the cause of all evil, but more and more people are already beginning to realize that the root of the problem is in the relationships among people, meaning that we should not just build the proper economic or other mutually beneficial connections. We are required in this global world to make heart to heart connections, and this is precisely what Nature is demanding from and dictating to us.

We should understand that we depend on each other and that the realization of this interdependence will enable us to achieve love. Of course, this is a gradual process, but the current crisis is just its beginning. This is the stage when the symptoms of the illness are being revealed and the diagnosis is being given. We need to reveal just how incorrect the system of our relationships really is. This will be the last stage, the end of humanity’s troubles.

Humanity’s previous stages of development had to pass practically without the person’s personal participation. Only now has the time come for Kabbalah to be revealed as the means of correction, and only now will the person be able to affect his fate by himself. Until recently, we had no opportunity to change anything.

This continued until the middle of the 20th century, when for the first time the interconnectedness of the system of souls began to be revealed. This revelation is occurring gradually and in the most unpleasant of forms – so that we would understand the need for correction.

Questions I received about loving your neighbor, God as an illusion, and angels:

Question: Can we say: “Love your neighbor as yourself”? – Love him as if it’s you, since he is you: ultimately, when all the souls connect in you? And that is the Creator. Or is my interpretation wrong?

My Answer: Until the final correction when all the souls become corrected and merge into one, differences between the souls do not disappear; the connection is built despite the disparity.

Question: Why do you need God? Why are you chasing after an illusion?

My Answer: There is no God! There is Creator = Nature = law of bestowal and love, that we attain in our corrected state.

Question: I have a question about Kabbalistic interpretation of the Jehezekel prophecy. Many “scientists” view images in the prophecy as evidence of existence of aliens. How do Kabbalists interpret, for instance what angels are in this prophecy?

My Answer: Angels are forces of bestowal that act between souls.

Today, all of humanity is operating in a global system. If we correct the ties between us in that system, it means we correct the souls to reveal the Creator here within that bond, in this world and in our lifetime.

The science of Kabbalah states that the breaking of the souls happened in their descent from one of the exalted spiritual degrees. Before that descent, all of the souls represented one common soul, called Adam.

Adam split into many separate parts, and absolutely all of them fell into this world, giving rise to all of humanity. There is no difference between the common soul and any person in this world. All we need to understand is that we are inside a closed system, where everyone is stuck in his ego. Thus, there are now seven billion separate parts. Each of them has been growing, influenced by their own unique ego until this time, a special time when the broken connection between us is being revealed: billions and billions of connections – linking each person.

People say that each person knows everyone else in the world through no more than five or six degrees of separation. However, we have yet to reveal that everyone of us is literally connected to everyone, since the link is corrupted and each one relates to the others based on his ego. It’s not our fault that ego is inside us – we had it to begin with. However, the fact that it has become revealed means that we must correct it. Besides this one task there is nothing of greater importance or meaning that we must do in our lifetime. For if we correct the ties between us, we discover the World of Infinity itself.

To the extent that a person reveals the true bond with others by his correct attitude towards them, he begins to feel the Upper Force – the force of bestowal and love. He then transcends the boundaries of his perception of the world and begins to see the world around him as it really is outside of him, and in this way, he reveals the Creator.

That is precisely what we must achieve in this generation. All the conditions are laid out before us; Kabbalists wrote about it and outlined the entire method for us, and all we are left to do is to realize it. We have been given every opportunity to do just that.

A question I received: Such notions as “God” or “universal force of nature” don’t interest ordinary people. How can we fit such lofty and global concepts into people’s lives in the 21st century? People do not feel the need for the universal force of nature or its revelation within them.

My Answer: That is not true. We have reached a state today where we all depend upon one another; we are like cogwheels tightly fit together into one system which is currently in opposition to Nature. This is a huge concern because it is the single cause of today’s crises. These crises won’t pass but will continue to escalate thereby demonstrating their effects on an ever growing scale.

This is why a person who doesn’t yet feel that his connection with the world and humanity is opposed to Nature, will discover it either with the help of our explanation or through blows. And even the “smallest” person, seemingly indifferent to all of this, will have to recognize that the way he treats other people puts him either into opposition or in agreement with the balance of Nature.

Each person will need to learn this natural law of balance because without this knowledge, he won’t be able to correct his life. One needs to consider the general system, recognizing and understanding that all of humanity is interconnected, and that mechanical actions won’t correct his soul.

Once a person hears the explanation and understands that his connection with humanity determines his success, his life, his family, health, security, pension, work, etc., he will ask: “How can this be done? How can I correct myself?” Then he is ripe to receive the method of correction.

A question I received: Are there any people who are considered saints in Kabbalah? Does this concept exist? How can you explain the phenomenon of imperishable relics left behind by saints or holy people? This is a concept that exists in different religions. Is it possible that these people attained the quality of absolute love and bestowal during their lifetimes, and therefore they did not die, but their souls simply left their bodies? And is this considered sanctity?

My Answer: Man’s body is an animal that eventually dies and decomposes into the basic elements. And the soul bears no relation to the body. Baal HaSulam even used to say, “I don’t care where they bury my sack of bones.”

A holy man is someone who attains equivalence with the Creator while living in this world, by developing the desire to “love one’s neighbor as oneself.” As for the body, you can perform every imaginable organ transplant, you can replace all of the body parts, and you can perform blood transfusions. This will not affect the soul in any way. Doctors are already able to replace the heart, and soon they’ll even be able to perform brain transplants. That’s because our information is not stored in the brain, but in the field surrounding it.

Two questions I received about the Creator:

Question: Can individual souls attain the level of unity with the Creator or is this only possible with the help of all other souls?

My Answer: To unite with the Creator means to be similar to Him. Because He is the desire to bestow and to love, a person attains union with Him to the degree he attains the same quality or desire. The desire (or quality) to bestow and to love that develops within a person is called a soul.

Question: Why is the Creator characterized as Light or pleasure? Doesn’t this make Him limited and incomplete?

My Answer: All the limitations exist only within our desire to receive this Light, whereas the Light Itself is infinite.

Two questions I received on our relationships with others:

Question: Am I correct to understand that those who study Kabbalah will end up happy because they will understand reality and will feel well. But those who don’t study it will be unhappy and will remain in the state of suffering and need. Is this true?

My Answer: It is true, but on the other hand, everyone is connected to everyone within the general system of the souls. Therefore, it is impossible for anyone to feel goodness as long as someone else feels evil.

A person encounters many obstacles in the process of correcting his egoistic nature. These obstacles include those caused by his connection to all people. On the other hand, the world must still experience more suffering in order to desire correction. There is no other way for humanity to advance.

Question: The change we have to make is to create new relationships with people, that will be based on love for one’s neighbor. Will this also solve the problems in the world that are caused by improper relationships between people?

My Answer: This is precisely what will revoke all the misfortunes in the world! There is no problem in the world other than the improper connection between people. When there is a lack of the right connection, the Creator is concealed, and when we reveal the right connection between us, we reveal Him.

The return of the right connection between people is called “the return of the Creator into the creation.” The connection between people is called the Creator, from the word Bore: Bo – come, and Re – see. We see Him inside the connection between us.

This is why the commandment to “Love your neighbor as yourself” is the most important commandment, encompassing all of man’s corrected actions.
