New Life 973 – Education Toward Healthy Competition

New Life 973 – Education Toward Healthy Competition
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Tal Mandelbaum ben Moshe

Competition can work in everyone’s favor when used in the right way. When we aim to be the most gentle and courteous person so that others will feel comfortable being beside us, we show a good example of how to have a positive relationship. Everyone should think about how they can give to others in their own special way. Eventually, “habit becomes second nature” and we correct our egoistic nature altogether. When children see these types of relationships modeled for them, they are positively influenced. Remember that you are always within a higher force and failure comes from this force to help you to correct yourself. Nature will ultimately force us to develop a perfect connection between us but it’s better to educate ourselves in advance.

New Life 972 – Positive Competition

New Life 972 – Positive Competition
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Tal Mandelbaum ben Moshe

Competition is necessary for the world to run and for the person to grow and develop. We envy others who appear to have more and want to realize our own uniqueness. In the future, people will compete in a positive, healthy way to see who is more beneficial to others and society as a whole. Everything will be done for the sake of Heaven rather than in the name of personal honor. Everyone will aim to resemble the Creator by becoming more loving and giving.

New Life 971 – Life Behind Our Social Masks, Part 2

New Life 971 – Life Behind Our Social Masks, Part 2
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Yael Leshed-Harel

We all wear social masks in order to gain as much as possible from every situation. Even when we think we are benefiting another person by wearing a social mask, underneath it we find a desire to receive for ourselves. We have become a bogus generation with fake news and phony profiles, all for selfish gain. The method of education called the wisdom of Kabbalah teaches us how to build good relationships and attain a desire to benefit others. As we collectively learn this wisdom, the social masks will fall and be replaced by positive attitudes toward others until we feel the need to be as one. The higher, divine power of love and bestowal called the Creator will unite us and we will no longer need or want the masks.

New Life 970 – Life Behind Our Social Masks, Part 1

New Life 970 – Life Behind Our Social Masks, Part 1
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Yael Leshed-Harel

It is impossible to exist in our world without social masks since no one recognizes the essence of his true, internal self. We have learned to wear social masks as a way to maintain respect for ourselves and others and to avoid seeing that we are actually all terrible beasts underneath the masks. To recognize my “I’ is to acquire a nature like the Creator or a divine mask. A divine mask can elevate me to a new level of existence and to perfect and eternal life like that of the Creator.

New Life 969 – What Is The Wisdom Of Kabbalah?

New Life 969 – What Is The Wisdom Of Kabbalah?
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Contrary to rumors, the wisdom of Kabbalah is not magical in any way. Rather, it is based on the power of love. Kabbalistic books are written in an encoded language called the language of branches, which explains how to build a desire to give between people. Pulsa-denura is a spiritual concept. It is a supreme Light that the person invites upon himself in order to destroy his egoistic nature. In our times, the great Kabbalists recommend that everyone engage in the wisdom of Kabbalah because without it we will not survive.

New Life 968 – What Is The Wisdom Of Kabbalah Really About?

New Life 968 – What Is The Wisdom Of Kabbalah Really About?
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

The wisdom of Kabbalah deals only with the person’s internality and how to correct his egoistic nature. Adam was the first Kabbalist. He lived 5,778 years ago when the ego was still small. Abraham followed and learned to transcend the ego and gathered various people together who later became the people of Israel. He taught them the method of the wisdom of Kabbalah and they lived in the love of others until the destruction of the Temple when hatred broke out between them. The wisdom of Kabbalah was hidden at that point along with The Zohar which was written by Rashbi and his students. People tend to recoil from the wisdom of Kabbalah since it is contrary to all that exists in this world and speaks of diminishing the ego in order to change human nature.

New Life 967 – Being Israeli

New Life 967 – Being Israeli
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

The Israeli character originated in those times when we were created as a unique nation with a spiritual root. We had once reached the truth, the essence of creation, and a deep understanding of reality and the need for connection within the family unit as well as society as a whole. Israelis tend to be assertive and speak directly to the point. They worked against their egos before the destruction of the Temple, but became stiff-necked against everything that is involved with connection afterward. They experience an existential anxiety since their purpose is to implement the method of connection among themselves and then teach it to the entire world. The nation of Israel will be eliminated if they do not bring “Light to the nations.”

New Life 966 – Israeli Character Traits

New Life 966 – Israeli Character Traits
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Nitzah Mazoz

Israelis are extreme people. We have come from various countries and cultures and tend to have explosive relationships. We are audacious because we have never had a class system since “All of Israel are friends.” Originally, we coalesced around Abraham’s idea and teaching of love and connection. The destruction of the Temple occurred as a result of our remoteness from the characteristics of love and connection. On one hand, we are like brothers. On the other hand, however, we are all afraid of being suckers. The spiritual source for audacity is latent in the potential ability to rise to the height of the higher power that will protect us and give us strength. We need to use our audacity as a power that motivates us to rise to the Creator’s level.

New Life 965 – Spiritual Pioneering

New Life 965 – Spiritual Pioneering
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Tal Mandelbaum ben Moshe

Spiritual pioneers are those who want to bring love to everyone by attaining adherence to the Higher Force. It is here that the Shechina dwells, the network of communication that is built between us from the connection of our hearts and desires. The wisdom of Kabbalah explains how to achieve this great goal of existence. Rather than breaking stones in order to build a state as earlier pioneers did, spiritual pioneers must break their hearts in order to connect them to each other and to the Creator.

New Life 964 – Pioneers Of The New World

New Life 964 – Pioneers Of The New World
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Tal Mandelbaum ben Moshe

The Creator awakened a pioneering spirit in Jews so they can teach the world how to love by adhering with Him. Like our father Abraham who was a spiritual pioneer, the Jews need to devote themselves to the good of the society and the environment. Jews had begun to accomplish this mission throughout history when they broke out in a variety of areas. After this, a bourgeois period began to develop in Israel since the Jews had a desire to build a nation just like all the other nations. Israel needs to aim their development, once again, toward the highest level of pioneering, which is to break out from our dark world into an illuminated, spiritual world.
