When studying spiritual properties and structures, we discover very peculiar groupings, combinations, and characteristics of these forces. They group among themselves. Each force and property groups with others by Sefirot and Partzufim.

A Partzuf is a system that spreads its influence downward on our corresponding projection here, in this world. And the Partzufim link together into complete, more global mergers called the worlds. Thus, in the upper world, there are worlds, Partzufim, and Sefirot.

Sefirot are the smallest enterprises, associations. A Partzuf is a more global one. And a world is a bigger, global merger. The worlds comprise a single upper world. And all of this in order to channel the unique Upper Light, the Light of the Creator, to us, those who reside here at the bottom, in our world.

Hence, while studying Kabbalah, we can envision what is the best way for us to get organized in order to build our society, our family, home, education, relationships between husband and wife, men and women in general, the nations and the world correctly.

What can we do to correspond and to be adequate to our roots? In the degree that we are equivalent to them, we will feel more comfortable in our world. And if we achieve some general correspondence to the upper world, the upper Partzuf (albeit not with entire humanity, but a certain group or association, for now), then we will start sensing the upper world and ourselves as one whole. It is regarded as our ascent to the upper world.

Since there is only one force that influences us, it impacts practically the entire world at the same time. Therefore, the closer all the components of our world are and the more harmoniously they interact with each other, the closer are we going to be to this integral force. This is the general rule.

We have finally matured to the human level and have become free. That is why our perception of reality will transform from a purely material one to an increasingly more spiritual one.

All of our machinery, workstations, and factories will become less material and more “transparent.” Even today half of the people are already working at a computer keyboard. But what could they possibly be producing there?

It’s clear what can be produced by working in the field, at a conveyor-belt, or by mining oil and coal. But what can you create by striking the computer keys? Soon the whole world will sit by computer screens. So will we be able to change the world through them?

In reality, this is how we create new matter, one that’s more spiritual. We will no longer need cars or planes because everything will shift to this virtual form. In reality it doesn’t matter one bit in what form we imagine everything. The most important thing is our effort, the Reflected Light we produce.

The Creator continuously moves upward, farther and farther away to give us the opportunity to expand our intervention into the upper realm with our Reflected Light. This is the kind of movement upwards we have begun from today onwards.

In reality, the entire difference is only man’s perception, his sensation of himself. In the past he was forced to work by the egoistic desire to enjoy, but now his effort lies in preferring the Reflected Light and bestowal over reception. This is called the human level.

In any case, one way or another, every person will work. The only question is: Will he do it unwillingly or by his own desire? All of human history until today was also spiritual work, albeit unconscious. That is how the Creator or nature had obligated us to work.

But now He no longer desires our slave labor. He wants us to become the same as He by ascending above our nature and playing with it ourselves the way He once played with us. You have to look at yourself from above and do the same thing to yourself that the Creator used to do. That is how you become equal to Him.

Question: What is “the Light that Reforms,” the miraculous force (Segula)?

Answer: The force that I want to attain is now influencing me from afar. I haven’t reached it yet, but it already shines on me from afar to the degree I aspire to it.

Inside of us there are pairs of informational genes (Reshimot): ones from the Light (Reshimo de Hitlabshut) and ones from the desire (Reshimo de Aviut), with the Reshimo from the Light always being a level higher. For example, I can have Reshimo 0/1 (Shoresh de Aviut and Aleph de Hitlabshut) where Aleph de Hitlabshut is my next level. This Reshimo lets me feel some sort of aspiration to this future level—that I desire it!

Aleph de Hitlabshut is the Surrounding Light that shines for me if I awaken a desire within me on this Reshimot of Aleph de Hitlabshut. I already have some kind of vestment (Hitlabshut) of this Light—something from the next level! That’s because Reshimot from the Light are always a level higher than the desires: 0/1, 1/2, 2/3, and so on.

This informational data (Reshimot) have remained in us from our descent from above downward. They are completely tangible and scientific notions and qualities, precisely expressed through numbers and changing discretely to the degree I ascend from one level to the next while realizing Reshimot.

By working with my current Reshimo I awaken the Light on a higher level because in my Reshimot I have a part of the future Light. We descended from Above downward in such a way that we retained a connection between the levels: the lower part of the upper level is immersed in the upper part of the lower.

This is a completely precise system. We call its action “a miracle” (Segula) because we are unable to check it in our desires or instruments of perception right now. For now these desires are only growing by virtue of the Light we attract. But all of this is precise physics and not some sort of magic tricks or prayers about what might or might not happen.

If you activate this system precisely as Kabbalists explain, then you turn on its mechanisms. You are inside of this system and you turn on this machine so it would work on you. This is what you are being taught.

You don’t have to go until the very end to see the results. You gradually begin to see the proof of what you study. Even if you haven’t attained the spiritual sensation yet, you already notice how on this path you open up your inner world, your sensitive perception, mind, and the knowledge of the interconnections in reality. You begin to notice this even in relation to the material world and you understand how childish the behavior is of other people around you and how confused they are.

Question: Are we now making the right offering for the Tabernacle, or is the Creator putting it together piece by piece? Who is the architect?

Answer: Of course, we do not understand anything about our work just like a two-year-old child grows without knowing what he should become like when reaching three years. He does not plan the process of his growth and does not form himself at the age of three years. In the same way, we make a Menorah (a seven-branched candelabrum) by throwing a piece of gold into the fire and then having it emerge by itself. But how does it happen “by itself”?

The matter is that you cannot do anything yourself. If you prepare your intention (not the action, but only the intention!), if you build it in the middle line, then the Light will turn your matter precisely into the form that this matter has to assume. This matter cannot take on any other form! In other words, it already has this form, and you must only reveal it by having your intention reveal this picture to you.

You enter a world that is ready ahead of time! When you reveal the “ball and the flower," “the Menorah,” “the table,” "the onyx and other stones,” you are revealing what already exists. You are the one renewing your perception. You reveal it; it becomes revealed to you and inside of you. You build your vision, perception, understanding, and agreement. According to the extent of your agreement, you don’t see the external form, but you see that everything is inside of you. Your vision becomes internal.

Right now what you see seems external to you, but in spirituality you see that everything is inside. Then your perception is authentic. You no longer have the illusion you are in now where it seems to you that the world exists outside of you, that there is you and the world. In spirituality this lie does not exist. You feel that everything is inside of you, inside of the soul with which you identify yourself.

What is the help from Above? It is that you are constantly pushed into your own inner filth, into your egoism, and are shown your own insignificance. This is what the Creator does: He constantly shows a person a huge, black darkness inside of himself, a garbage dump in his thoughts, desires, intentions, and calculations.

Why? It is only in order for him to come to need the Creator, to bring him to a state where he will no longer be able to stand his own stench. To do this, it is necessary to constantly pull him out of this feeling and to show him a different existence—one that is slightly higher, lighter, and higher than his egoism. Then he once again has to be shoved face-first into his own egoism: Look at yourself, see who you are. And then he once again has to be slightly pulled out of that swamp, and then once again thrust head down.

That is how everything happens until a person comes to feel that he really does not have any “holiness” or spiritual purity, and that everything comes only from his personal, small, egoistic being that was created in him and in which he was created.

Although he occasionally receives awakening from Above, which momentarily revives him, but soon after he falls into the place of baseness.

Of course, all of these are the Creator’s actions. But that doesn’t matter because a person feels them upon himself and inside himself. All we are is the sensation. There is nothing else in us besides sensation and we realize only what we feel. The mind only accompanies the feeling.

However, this is what causes him to come to [finally] realize that only the Creator can help and really bring him closer [to perfection]. This need or demand for perfection gradually ripens inside us precisely from these opposite states.

Kabbalah becomes revealed to every person individually and to the entire mankind in order to answer their questions. People do not care for theory, the quantity of angels in the sky, or the upper Partzufim. They are concerned about one thing only: They need to fulfill their desires. And eventually, they will feel that Kabbalah seems to have the answer.

So far people do not know what they want, but as we disseminate Kabbalah we need to explain to them where they can find what they are searching for. It is like a mother who can feel by looking at a child what he needs, what is good and bad for him. She knows why he cries, what he wants, and where he hurts.

We need to feel humanity in the same way, prevent the blows, and as this desire grows, begin to develop it a little bit ahead of time in order to direct it towards goodness and to avoid suffering. There is no need to wait for horrible hunger to manifest and make people suffer. We need to provide people with fulfillment ahead of time. Let them try and see! We need to explain to them where their desire is directed. This is what the dissemination of Kabbalah is about.

Those who are for now satisfied with their lives need to be left alone. And the rest need the explanation about where they can find fulfillment to the emptiness they feel. People need to understand that a special desire is being revealed in them right now.

So far it completely lacks shape. It needs to be “formatted” and “wired” with a new program or system, like a computer disc which so far is merely a dead piece of metal or plastic, and we need to “bring it to life” in order to learn to work with the programs and data. Then we will be able to use this desire of ours.

In order to do all of this, we need a special force which we receive through our efforts in the group, study, and listening to the teacher. And this way we gradually “reformat” ourselves, and to this extent we begin to adopt new, spiritual information which gives us fulfillment and helps us find our bearings in life.

Shamati #1, “There is none else beside Him” Not only does he not progress in his [spiritual] work [and does not see any clearance ahead], but [it seems to him that] he regresses, that is, he lacks the strength to observe [the Creator’s will] even “for his own sake,” [while it is the Creator who pushes him forward].

We don’t create a real egoistic desire that is able to overcome anything. Instead, we start experiencing weakness, indifference, and our operation by automatic pilot. “Let happen whatever will.” We just go with the flow. Sometimes things are a bit better and sometimes a bit worse.

That only by genuinely overcoming all the obstacles, above reason, can he [advance forward]. What does “genuinely overcoming above reason” mean? It’s when in spite of one’s desire and thoughts, without having any predisposition to do so, a person begins to connect to the teacher, the group, and the books. Altogether this is all called “the environment” or the surroundings.

But even in this case, when he begins to connect to them, he is still thrown about, up and down and in relation to the teacher, the group, and the sources or books. Sometimes he wants to and sometimes he doesn’t. Sometimes he believes it and sometimes he doesn’t. Sometimes he’s sick and tired of it, and sometimes he strives forward, and so on.

As the difficulties mount, a person starts to feel that there is nothing attractive or special on this path, and nothing motivates him to advance. There is no spark, nothing really worth giving up his life, career, and success for.

As a result, a person falls. His fall is serious, real, deep, and pretty lengthy. Thus, he reaches the final decision that not the group, nor the teacher, nor the books, nor exertion—nothing will help him in the world besides the only governing force, the Creator.

All the times that a person fell and rose, all the states that passed over him were all in order for him to feel total and absolute dependence on no one but the Creator. Imagine how much a person has to be beaten from all sides, shaken up, pushed away and attracted, and shown the existence of a great number of forces and various causes for his states so that in the end he would become convinced that there is nothing besides the one, single Force. If it doesn’t help me, then no one will. Only it will come to my rescue if I demand it.

That is when the following need arises in a person: for the Creator to definitely help him. The formation of this demand is also very not simple. It does not happen in one moment, but it gradually surges up in a person, becoming vividly expressed, fierce, and persistent. Like a child who demands what he wants no matter what—just give him what he wants, and you can’t convince him any other way. That is the kind of state we must reach. And in this state the Creator really does help us.

Only those people who truly want to draw near the Creator, so they will not settle for little, meaning remain as senseless children, they are therefore given help from Above, so they will not be able to say that I have everything and what else do I need?

We are currently at a transitional stage, but in the end, it will be possible to offer man everything he can only dream of, but he will not want this fairy tale life. He will perceive it as being cut off from reality, akin to drugs. This would repel him; his internal desire will be such that he would no longer be able to live like this.

Then, life will seem worse to him than death. He will not know what to do with himself. And this will not depend on the person. This new type of yearning arising in man cannot be put out with drugs, alcohol, or any of the pleasures of this world: food, sex, family, or travel, which have become so popular during the past few years. All of this will gradually fade away. People will be over-satiated with all this materialism and will be unable to continue living like that.

Even today, people do not know what else to think of. There is an excursion to the North Pole. You arrive there, you look around, and you leave immediately since there is nothing else to do there. People will no longer want any of this. Then, the wisdom of Kabbalah will come along and say: “Great, we have finally exhausted the opportunities offered by this world; we have reached the limits of corporeality!”

The world is defined by the questions of man. If he is asking about what exists beyond the limits of this world, it means that we have already reached its limits we have bumped our heads against the ceiling. Now, we need to go up to the next floor and go further. Here is where the science of Kabbalah is revealed since only it can raise us above this ceiling.

The law of nature is at work here, and it does not depend either on me or you, or anyone else. There are two paths: the path of Light and the path of suffering. Both of them are now in front of you. You are standing at a crossroads and need to choose one of these two paths. Decide for yourself.

Kabbalah is the only solution here since we will no longer be able to tame our egoistic desire with any other methods. Our egoistic desire has been constantly growing and now has reached the ceiling of this world, like rising dough which has reached the lid and is now creeping out from the pot.

You will not be able to push this dough back in, and everyone understands this well by now. Nobody knows what to do. That is why all of the governments are now gathering at meetings and uniting in their attempts to hide this problem simply because they do not know what to do with it. Here is the perfect time for the circulation of Kabbalah.

Question: At some moment the development of the worlds seems to branch out in two directions. After the breaking of the Kelim, the world of Atzilut is born from them by the conditions of the Second Restriction (Tzimtzum Bet), but Partzufim of the world of Adam Kadmon continue to come out one after the other above Tabur Galgalta by the conditions of the First Restriction (Tzimtzum Aleph). It’s unclear; how are these processes synchronized with each other?

Answer: Following Partzufim Galgalta, AB, and SAG (Keter, Hochma, Bina) above Tabur Galgalta, Partuzifm ZA and Malchut (MA and BON) have to come out. All five Partzufim have to be born because the degree has to be complete. That’s because there is a screen and Reshimot, and they have to be realized. If there is a desire, Light, and a screen between them, then it’s impossible to stop halfway.

If you’re worried about how this is synchronized, then be assured that everything happens simultaneously and one thing does not interfere with the other. Think of how the air is permeated by millions of radio waves of all ranges—some for radio, some for television, Internet or mobile phones. Do they interfere with one another?

Every country conducts a registration of all the radio signals. There is an enormous and extremely sensitive locator that picks up all of the ranges of waves together and records this entire radio noise. If people later wish to find out whether you talked on the phone on some specific day at some specific time, then they can take that recording of millions of wave ranges and place a filter there to extract just your voice. No range interferes with any other.

That’s how Partzufim of the world of Adam Kadmon do not get in the way of the birth of the world of Atzilut. When Baal HaSulam describes this in Talmud Eser Sefirot, he does not specify that there are billions of other parallel actions taking place. But all of this comes together. In the spiritual world there is no time. It is built as an analog system where everything happens simultaneously and isn’t divided by the notion of time. There is no need to wait for one degree to develop after another. All of these states come out automatically and the system exists in this specific form.

The system that operates by bestowal does not have any limitations because the only calculation you have to do is with yourself—with your inner resistance. You don’t have to consider the external factors. There are no restrictions from outside. If you want to bestow, then go ahead and bestow to this entire system! That is why you are not limited by anything, you do not bother anyone, and no one bothers you. You make a calculation only with your own nature.

Therefore, the spiritual system works above time and does not have any restrictions by virtue of its “permeability.”
