“The numbers are stark: In some countries of the Arab world, up to 90% of 16-24 year olds are unemployed. In the United States the youth unemployment rate is 23%. In Spain nearly 50%. In the UK 22%.

“Worldwide, some 200 million people are unemployed. 75 million are between 16 and 24 and every year about 40 million young people are entering the workforce.

“The business leaders at the World Economic Forum (WEF) know why it matters: Young people who were unemployed for a long time will earn less throughout their whole lives.

“They will be less employable. They won’t have the skills that business needs. They are more likely to have long-term health problems. And it can cause social unrest.

“There’s a term for it: Lost generation. Or as one business school professor puts it: ‘Unemployment sucks. Youth unemployment sucks even more.’

“‘The youth has lost a line of sight to the future.’”

My Comment: Young unemployed people will change the world. When disseminating the method of correction of the world, we must address namely them. The feeling of hopelessness is akin to the search for new things, and they will understand the need to learn from nature.

“What is connecting everyone in the world these days, continues Roubini, is economic and financial insecurity, the rise of income and wealth inequality, challenges from poverty, unemployment effects of financial crisis.

“Freakouts about debt loads, moreover, are leading to budget cuts — which, in Europe, at least, are making the recession worse.

“225 million people worldwide are unemployed; 1 in 3 people on the planet are poor or unemployed; 1% of the world’s families own 40% of the wealth; wages as a percent of GDP are at an all-time low; corporate profits as a percent of GDP are at an all-time high; current policies will lead to explosions.

“We’re in a ‘vicious circle’ … fiscal austerity to solve debt problem is making everything worse.

“So, how do we fix this? More unionization; more power to the worker; more investment in education; more investment in ‘human capital; more investment in infrastructure; less austerity; more investment in growth (Europe); redistribution of power in society — power to the working people; deal with massive CEO-to-employee pay inequality with taxation and be courageous with financial regulation.”

My Comment: If this is not implemented on the basis of integral education, no good plans will be realized. After all, they consist of items of “universal mutual guarantee,” which is impossible without the change in the awareness of the new united world.

Report (World Economic Situation and Prospects Monthly Briefing, UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs (DESA)): “The world economy is teetering on the brink of another major downturn. Output growth already slowed considerably to an estimated 2.8 per cent in 2011. Based on relatively optimistic baseline assumptions, the United Nations foresees world gross product (WGP) growth of 2.6 per cent for 2012 and 3.2 per cent for 2013. If the European sovereign debt crisis were to spin out of control and the weaknesses in the United States economy interact to create a downward spiral, the world economy could plunge into a double-dip recession. Alternatively, policy coordination that boosts aggregate demand and more directly attacks unemployment could improve prospects for economic growth.”

My Comment: Who said that the rate of economic growth is an indication of a crisis? How much more does it have to grow? Growth needs to be qualitative, not quantitative! It is necessary to stop thoughtlessly producing, selling, buying, and discarding, just to once again produce, sell, buy, and discard. It’s necessary to regulate the planet’s economy to produce whatever is needed to satisfy everyone, and not more than that.

We should stop considering an increase in the production rate as growth; instead growth is our ability to satisfy everyone’s needs for food, medicine, heat, safety, and housing. We need to free people from unnecessary and harmful work and obligate them to dedicate the freed up time to learning about integration, the new rules of the world community—the mutual guarantee. Otherwise, we will face not a second, but a never-ending crisis until we smarten up.

My Comment: Bavarians have nothing to worry about: Global warming is already being replaced with global cooling, the peak of the warming of the planet has already passed, and now the cooling will begin. Though honestly, no one knows how it will progress as there is a large amount of greenhouse gasses….

Opinion (Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund): “The world must act now to prevent a ‘1930s moment’ and a ‘downward spiral’ into economic catastrophe, the International Monetary Fund warned last night

“Mrs Lagarde said: ‘We could easily slide into a 1930s moment, a moment where trust and cooperation break down and countries turn inward, a moment ultimately leading to a downward spiral that could engulf the entire world.’

“Mrs Lagarde added: ‘But what we must all understand is that this is a defining moment. It is not about saving one country or region. It is about saving the world from a downward economic spiral. The longer we wait, the worse it will get. The only solution is to move forward together. Our collective economic future depends on it.’”

Comment: If we admit that the entire world is completely interdependent and, through imposing restrictions on any communication with the non-aligned, oblige all the countries to be integrally connected, which is quite real today, we will be able to establish joint management of the world economy, raise the income of the needy to the level of subsistence, create a system of upbringing of an integral society, and not only overcome the crisis, but also lead people to happiness.

Opinion (Zbigniew Brzezinski, one of America’s leading strategists, former National Security Advisor to President Jimmy Carter): “Nathan Gardels: While China focuses on the long term and plots out its future, the US in particular is beset with a short-term mentality. In effect, we are no longer an ‘industrial democracy’ in the strict sense, but a ‘consumer democracy’ where all the feedback signals – the market, the media, and politics – are short-term and geared to immediate gratification.

“Gardels: How can America’s short-term mentality be changed? Are the West’s political institutions up to the challenge?

“Brzezinski: Yes, if we develop a more effective and longer-range response to the current crisis. …We are so preoccupied with the current crisis and so lacking in a longer-term perspective that we have no strategic vision which would give us some sense of historical momentum.

“Democracy is capable of responding provided we focus on the right aims. The question today is whether democracies can thrive with financial systems that are out of control, that are capable of generating selfishly beneficial consequences only for the few, without any effective framework that gives us a larger, more ambitious sense of purpose. That is the real problem.

“The essential political leadership in Europe – the Germans and the French mainly, along with some others – are demonstrating a sense of responsibility for the future of Europe. They are increasingly determined to shape a political framework which will supplant what Europe has been lately, namely a financial union for some and a politically loose community for all. Inevitably, a genuine political union will take shape in stages and steps, probably beginning through a de facto treaty reached by inter-governmental agreement in the near future.

“We are now entering a phase in which no power is likely to be truly supreme.

“This is why, in my view, the idea of an expanded West – which eventually should include both Russia and Turkey – would be a very important element contributing to greater global stability. An enlarged West – in which the United States plays the role of conciliator and at the same time of balancer in Asia – would be better able to forge constructive policies to cope with global issues than a world in which there is increasing turmoil and conflict with many small players vying for their own self-interest.”

My Comment: We need to pull the financial system from the egoistic hands and use it only for the benefit of society. Otherwise, those in power will kill us.

Opinion (George Soros, billionaire investor): “‘The measures introduced by the European Central Bank … have relieved the liquidity problems of European banks but they did not cure the financing disadvantage from which the highly indebted member states suffer.

“Germany he said was now acting as the ‘taskmaster,’ instead of the IMF imposing tough fiscal discipline.

“‘This will generate both economic and political tensions that could destroy the political union,’ claimed Mr Soros who was speaking at the annual press lunch at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

“‘There is a real danger that the euro will undermine the political cohesion of the European Union.’

“Mr Soros said he was not sure whether European authorities had ‘deliberately prolonged the crisis atmosphere in order to maintain the pressure on these countries or if they had been driven to their course of action by divergent views which they could not reconcile in any other way.’

“‘Either way it is Germany that dictates European policy because at times of crisis the creditors are in the driver’s seat,’ he added. ‘The trouble is that the austerity that Germany wants to impose will push Europe into a deflationary debt spiral.’”

My Comment: Only an understanding of universal dependence will lead to the solution at a round table, as in a family, where we need to take into account the needs and abilities of all members as a whole. But for this, you must destroy all the barriers. The EU should unite fully. The risk of destruction promotes this. It requires the will and desire, explanatory work and education of the Europeans in the spirit of unity. Otherwise, Europe will collapse and become reduced to the state of a third.

If the term “force of nature” is not completely clear, we can explain the stages of development to a regular person looking for a real good, with empirical evidence. It’s clear to all of us that a positive attitude to one another is good, absence of crime is good, and serenity and safety are also good. If we help each other and everyone will have what the others have, this will be better than our present miserable life! Everyone would agree with this.

Great! Now let’s acknowledge the affect of the environment on us since it can be seen at every given step in life. Any group can manipulate its members through persuasion. A person can be forced to think in a completely opposite way if there are 20-30 people around him who say that black is white. This is a proven fact that can’t be denied.

Therefore, if the environment does in fact influence an individual, we can create an artificial environment where everyone will treat each other well. We will oblige everyone to behave in this manner, and every transgression will be answered with polite criticism at first, and then with stiff denial.

There is no other choice. After all, we wish to live having everything that a human being requires: a home, food, family, health, pension, vacation, and so on. All this in normal proportions and not in the form of many zeros in our bank accounts, meaning in accordance with one’s natural needs.

If you desire this, you have an opportunity to create this environment, where everyone will care for everyone else. And this will happen only by changing our attitude to one another. In addition, even if we treat each other well out of desperation, artificially by accepting the mode of behavior and acting as in good environment, thereby we acquire a habit, which becomes our second nature. We actually become like that!

Until now we were savages, ready to swallow up everything around us. By joining this game, we literally turn ourselves inside out like a glove. And then over the course of some time, everyone will change and from being a savage, everyone will turn into a human being.

As a result, we become a completely new humanity: We reveal additional opportunities. By acquiring balance with nature, I begin to feel it, and then I reveal new abilities in me with the help of which I create progressive mechanisms and turn worlds upside down, literally. I know all the laws of nature because I am similar to nature.

What’s unreal about this? Let’s play and build such relationships. We have no other choice! Everything depends on education, meaning the influence of the environment. We are sufficiently mature, experienced, and intelligent people. We see a threatening future and we provide a piece of advice that lacks any mysticism.

Humanity has no chance of escaping this development, and we are offering a remedy that prevents illness. All the negative impacts of nature are brought about by our incongruence with it. Therefore, any blow that I experience indicates imbalance with nature. For example, if it’s cold, I need to turn on the heat or put on warm clothes; if it’s noisy, I need either to install a noise reduction system or close my ears. In other words, I must carry out some action in response to every phenomenon.

There is a general law in nature, which actually gives us hope for our coming closer to each other and in our ability to overcome our egos. This law states that one’s habit becomes his second nature.

We see this ourselves. Let’s suppose from my childhood and over the course of my life, I become used to carrying out certain actions in order to reach a positive result or avoid undesirable consequences. Due to these actions that are repeated often, I develop a habit. It becomes the same kind of demand for me as the desire to receive pleasure, since I do not receive pleasure in any other form but this.

A person learns this and these actions become a habit for him. Everything depends only on how the environment obliges him to do something, how many people act in that manner, and to what extent it has support from everything that surrounds him in life.

Therefore, if we create an education system and organize an environment that will offer support to every person, one will be influenced by the mere fact that other people care so much about everyone else. He will find out about it from the media from the positive public opinion it forms.

In addition, everyone will know that we do this on purpose: We play with each other and pretend to be kind, as though we think that we all are one family, like we care about each other as we do about ourselves. We will need to play this game constantly. We will act like we already are corrected. And what will this do for us?

Gradually, due to this habit, public opinion, and the influence of the environment, I will begin to think in this direction and receive an impression from this behavior. I will begin to form a habit, and I will not be able to act in any other way anymore. It will become my nature, as though I was born this way in spite of the fact that I acquired this quality, that I was forced to develop it, and that I agreed due to a lack of any other choice.

Therefore, we need to realize the law “a habit will become second nature.” Everything depends on how much a person is situated under his own pressure and the pressure of his environment in order not to forget about this game and to advance in this manner. And we will play this way like little children.

After all, when children play, they imagine that they are doing something important and building something new. But we know that it’s a game, and it isn’t serious, and that there is nothing real in their actions. They make mistakes, build anew, destroy once again, and again rebuild. However, due to such different games they advance in their development, grow up, and become smarter.

Without games a child would grow up like a savage, a small animal that is just growing bigger. Great institutions using the best minds including psychologists create special developmental systems for children to play with using various materials (such as blocks and clay) and taking into consideration their interests (cars, dolls, and so on). They use various equipment and computer programs for this. And due to this, the children advance in their development.

Physical development is also impossible without games. We call it sports, but sports are also games where we use physical activities to accustom ourselves to achieve results that are beyond the power of the common man who doesn’t exercise, train, and play the sport. We see that athletes achieve great results due to their habit of working on themselves.

We also notice that people who live together for many years develop similar perceptions; they understand each other without words. And all this occurs as a consequence of the habit of living under one roof, seeing and feeling each other involuntarily, and reaching mutual inclusion in each other this way.

In much the same way, whole nations and civilizations were formed some time ago by way of people who were different and foreign to each other interacting together until they developed certain characteristics that became specific to that nation.

This goes to say that the law of habit becoming second nature is particularly necessary to us, so that even through actions that we do not desire and forms of interaction that are unnatural to us, we can acquire qualities that we choose against our own nature. These new qualities already exist in us, and it is due to them that we build ourselves.
