Our entire work is as “a ladder set on the earth with its top reaching the heaven” (Rabash, Article 10, “Jacob Went Out”).

Question: It says that the ladder stands on the ground; it is clear that this is our desire with which we have a constant connection. How do we build the top of the ladder going up into the heaven, the Rosh?

Answer: First a person faces difficulties, and if he copes with them, he rises. Second, in order to rise, he must solve all the problems that arise with his friends.
