What Should We Do When Other Thoughts Arise During the Study?
We can sit in a lesson, our body seated in a chair, while traveling around the world in our mind, completely absent from the lesson. It is written that a person is where his thoughts are, but that is not the point here. If we are truly engaged in the study, yet we ruminate over some issue, that is an incorrect thought. If we think about various matters related to our activities in the group, those too are incorrect thoughts that distract us from the study. During the study, we should feel ourselves united with the entire group in connection with the Creator through the study material. This is all we should yearn for.
