Summary

Couples could live in palaces but remain unhappy until they learn how to connect with each other above the “garbage” between them. They need to acknowledge the garbage by repeatedly engaging in various exercises together and then setting goals to live together above it. They will get support for this by meeting with a group of couples every week. Their education needs to include how to give each other a good attitude and attention, how to forgive at the right time and in the right way, and how to do everything lovingly and from the heart.
