What Does Humanity Lack?

Laitman_004Question: What should one devote one’s attention to in 2017 from the point of view of the wisdom of Kabbalah?

Answer: Humanity lacks only one thing: finding a method for the right connection between us. Everything else exists and will always be in abundance.

Our task is to learn how to connect between us to transform our world into a pleasant and comfortable world for our bodies and prepared for the ascent of our souls. The method for doing this is the wisdom of Kabbalah.

Everything Is Ready Come And Get It!

laitman_565_01Question: The Creator, the upper force of nature, treats people as parents treat their children, but parents give their children much more than their children want or understand. Why doesn’t the Creator do that?

Answer: He does! Look at what He gives you: He provides you with scientists who offer you Kabbalah books in your mother tongue.

Kabbalists have prepared all the necessary conditions in order to facilitate a person’s perception of the wisdom of Kabbalah. They answer all the questions and explain things in different ways. This is what the Creator does for you.

Is It Possible To Create Artificial Intelligence?

laitman_282_02Question: Is it possible to artificially create the human mind?

Answer: No. We don’t understand what intelligence is at all. We think that the brain is doing something, performing calculations, but none of this is happening on the material level.

We have no idea how we are connected between ourselves and with the vast systems in which we find ourselves, but we do not feel them because they are in the next dimension.

It is revealed only to a Kabbalist who sees that without wisdom there is nothing to think about here. And people are engaged with isolated and individual calculations: I solve a problem here, I reach some kind of conclusion there, and so forth. We constantly make endless attempts to discover a solution without suspecting that all problems are solved in an analog form.

The higher system, because it is analog and not digital, discrete, solves problems simultaneously in every point of infinite space of desire and Light, which is called Malchut of the world of Ein Sof (Infinity), because when an analog system is working, all potentials are balanced and all changes happen in parallel.

New Life #393 – Distinguishing Between Good And Evil

New Life #393 – Distinguishing Between Good And Evil
Dr. Michael Laitman in conversation with Oren Levi and Yael Leshed-Harel

Summary

Can we reach the absolute definition of good and evil? Why do we need it and what are the special conditions we need in order to use it as a compass in order to advance in the right direction?

Our definitions of good and evil depend on our culture, our upbringing, and our society. In order to actually distinguish between good and evil, we need an absolute definition that can be the criterion. Good—a state of balance, harmony and the complementation of all the forces of nature, evil—the opposite, imbalance.

The compass that guides us in the right direction is being balanced both physically, and in the human and spiritual sense. Total balance means being with others when there are no differences between us, trying to manage our lives so that a common force, goodness, the upper force, is revealed between us.

The right upbringing should develop the sense of the recognition of good and evil in a person. Love is good and the opposite is bad. My nature is wanting to use everything for my own sake, but since everyone is like me, I suffer…

The criterion according to which we measure every action is simple: whatever is good for others is good.

Distinguishing between good and evil means distinguishing between using others for my own sake and using myself for the sake of others.
