Question: Does the body have any chance of continuing the correction after a person dies?
Answer: A dead body has no chance of continuing correction. The body is meant for a certain mission only, while the soul [1] can continue to develop.
Question: But there is freedom of choice [2]?
Answer: If a person has freedom of choice as a result of the correction of the soul, it is a different matter and there is a totally different account with him. Then he has a reason to live. He is incorporated in others and begins to love them; he lives in their desires and not in the desires of his own body.
In that case, if he operates correctly, he can live for hundreds of years. But if he lives for himself, he poisons himself with his own egoistic nature.
