The Spiritual Roots Of A Person’s Attributes

Question: There are open, extroverted people in the world and there are closed, unsociable, introverted ones. How does Kabbalah explain this? What spiritual roots does it come from?

Answer: Everyone is different.

It depends on the Sefirot [1]in the individual in the general body. If the Sefirot of Hesed and Netzach are in a person and control him, they are Sefirot responsible for spreading and expanding. On the other hand, the Sefirot of Gevura and Hod are attributes of introversion, vigilance, and defense.

The Sefira Yesod is the general unity of all the Sefirot. This Sefira leads to the correct use of all the attributes, both the “negative” and the “positive” ones because you cannot have one without the other. It is by their mutual complement that the perfection we have to attain is born.

Question: Does an ascent to an upper level enable us to manage all the relationships between people or just to a certain degree?

Answer: An ascent to an upper level enables you to manage all the relationships between people and all the relationships with the Creator [2].
