Answer: According to the “Introduction to The Book of Zohar [1],” dissemination of the method of correction, the wisdom of Kabbalah [2] in the world, must be carried out according to a pyramid of desires:
1) to those who yearn for the goal of creation,
2) to Jews who carry Reshimot (Remembrances) from previous spiritual states, and
3) to the rest of humanity.
