Opinion (Irina Gusinsky, deputy editor of Alpina Publisher): “People are social animals. However, more and more people admit that they feel lonely and unable to build lasting relationships. The problem has only worsened with the rise of social networks. Establishing contact is a problem for us.
“Friends can and should be nurtured by the friendship formula: Friendship = Proximity + Frequency + Duration + Intensity.
“Proximity is the willingness to let a person into a personal space. It increases when a person does not feel threatened.
“The frequency and duration of contact means that the more time we spend with the person, the more we learn about each other and the more we influence each other.
“Intensity is the extent, to which we can meet the friend’s needs.
“This formula reflects how to create a relationship; we are invited to approach it consciously, without complicating. Rather than waiting for favorable opportunities, it is better to teach one’s body to send friendly signals (eye contact, head tilt, smile, listening skills, calling a companion by name, carry on a conversation within his interests, respecting his point of view …) and visiting the places where we can find people in whom we could be interested.
“People do not have friends just because they are lazy to establish contact and then to maintain a relationship.”
My Comment: No method, except the method of integral education and upbringing, the wisdom of connection, can help us create a warm and friendly atmosphere because egoism will place everyone in an isolating cocoon. Only the highest great goal—eternal and perfect life, filled with Light, the revelation of the Creator—will encourage us to unite.

Lag B’Omer is a very important holiday because, first of all, it symbolizes the end of the correction of the vessels. On the whole there are seven Sefirot: Hesed, Gevura, Tifferet, Netzach, Hod, Yesod, and Malchut (HGT NHYM), and each one includes the same seven Sefirot.
The 33rd Sefira is Hod of Hod, which is like Malchut of the first nine Sefirot, where the upper bestowal ends. If we perform the correction until Hod of Hod, then the correction will certainly take place in the remaining Sefirot because the work of correction is actually over and then it is only put into practice from Yesod of Hod through the general Yesod and the general Malchut.
So Lag B’Omer is celebrated as a special day in the correction of the common soul; the work is already completed. Afterward, everything will undoubtedly be fulfilled correctly.
Therefore, it is customary to light bonfires, because it is the holiday of light. It is also clear that from this day onward, Rabbi Shimon was not obliged to remain with his students because he finished his work, and therefore he left this world.
We continue to count and clarify the days of the Omer to the end, until Shavuot, but, from the top down, all the Sefirot are already filled with Light and the whole state is ready. Therefore, it is the day the great illumination called Rashbi departs.

Question: If “there is no place devoid of Him,” where am I?
Answer: Even your thought that “there is no place devoid of Him” is sent by the Creator. That is, He manages one hundred percent everything that happens within you and around you, except for the one thought that confuses and obliges you to think that there is apparently another governance besides Him: either a foreign governance or your own governance.
You need to correct this one thought only, to remove this point within which makes it seem to you that there is apparently still something other than the Creator. This means that you must always be in adherence with the active force that does everything.
Question: So where am I?
Answer: You don’t exist! Make it so that you don’t exist, and that all is only the Creator.
You don’t exist now, but you will be that sum of the efforts that you invested in order to discover that “There is none else beside Him.” At each and every moment along your way, the Creator confuses you that there are still some other forces, some people who have free choice. But you shrink everything into one point, remove all the disturbances and say that “There is none else beside Him,” that everything is done by Him and belongs to Him.
And so moment after moment, from all of these points, you build yourself, your structure, your outlook on the world, your consciousness. This will be you!

Question: Why does the Creator want to bring a person to an understanding and awareness that we are not able to reach the goal ourselves? If I knew this when I began to study the wisdom of Kabbalah, I would not continue!
Answer: You can attain the goal, but you need help! In regular life did you know how to get along without help when you were an infant, a little child, or when you arrived in a new place?
A person cannot do anything by himself: other people give birth to him, teach him, and bury him. A person is not able to help himself and, even more so, to change his inner nature.
Question: So why does the Creator abuse me so much by sending me troubles?
Answer: The Creator gives you these exercises so that ultimately you will turn to Him and so that this turning will be for equivalence of form, for adherence, equivalence with Him. And instead, you are turning to the Creator and asking Him to give you success in this world: health, money, respect, and as much as possible, and, in addition, for the next world. And you complain that you don’t get all of this. This is to teach you not to be so materially egoistic but to be a man, Adam, resembling the Creator. You need to be scrubbed and polished many times until you understand what you must ask for. The main thing is that you must ask with the understanding and awareness that you don’t need anything more than to be like the Creator and separated from yourself.

To Ask The Creator
Question: What is the “summation of all the parts” that makes it possible to reach spirituality?
Answer: The summation of all the parts indicates that you love everything: the still, vegetative, animate, and human as a single whole in which there is no difference. You love them as the Creator relates to them, as the good and benevolent.
The Creator says: “It is difficult for us to get along with each other because you are the opposite of Me. Come let’s learn how to love each other through a third someone.” And so now you have this whole world.
Initially you hate this world and reject it. You have no need for it and you are ready to give it up. Nothing matters to you, including people near and far. But to the degree that your attitude towards everyone changes and you begin to approach them and love them, you will be able to measure your attitude towards the Creator.
And then in order to reach love of the people, you need the Creator. This is because you have no love for them, but only hatred! It is good that the friends don’t know how you truly relate to them. So you begin to turn to the Creator and ask for help because you cannot tolerate such an attitude.
And so you need more and more from the Creator for the sake of the friends. And then you also begin to gradually pay attention to the Creator: how to turn to Him, how much I need Him, how He can help, how merciful and understanding He is. You already begin to connect with Him; you become partners.

Question: How is love for our neighbor realized? If a person needs money, how can I help him?
Answer: The world is full of needy people who are dying of starvation. However, I am incapable of correcting the world directly. My task is to bring it closer to the Creator. This is precisely the general approach we should have with regard to the problems of humanity.
In fact, the world does not need money or bread; it needs the Upper Light, which will fill and organize everything. It will treat all ills. I can only, through my inclusion in the group, bring the Light closer to the world. Together with the group, I can aspire to the Light, reveal the need for it to be corrected, and the correction will flow through us to everyone. This is what I am working on.
On the other hand, if I try to help Africa or another region in need, this will not do anything. Today, we see this after all the efforts of philanthropists or other “benefactors.” Only the Light will help the world.

A person must be in a group preferably comprised of ten people. It is also possible to have three to ten people, but ten is the optimal number. It is necessary to try to organize a group of five to ten friends who are ready to connect, to attain the goal.
In addition to this, since we are living in a crisis, it is possible to advance upward only on the condition that we disseminate externally.
The middle (2) is our group. And the lower (3) is the external public and society. To receive Light from above, from the Creator, through the teacher, there must be those who want to receive it below us. So we must disseminate the wisdom of Kabbalah or the method of integral connection, which is basically the same thing except without teaching the physics of the upper worlds.
Without the lower one who wants to get out of the crisis, it is impossible. He doesn’t know what the wisdom of Kabbalah is and thoughts about the meaning of life do not concern him, but he has a large deficit at the bank, in the family, with his children, and his entire life, which has embittered him, depresses him, causing him to use drugs; things are bad for him.
And it is enough that we care about him, take care of him, and raise his desires up to us. And when we begin to care about people, we begin to be infused with their needs. They are waiting to get something from us. Then we are gripped with fear about how to provide them with what they need.
After all, we have nothing, and we feel a deficiency. But this awakens us and pushes us to rise even higher with this deficiency, to the teacher, and to the Creator, to demand that they will give the fulfillment that the lower ones need from us as fast as possible. We are ashamed that we are unable to provide it.
We internalize the desires of the general public, and this forces us to turn to the Creator. This is because we must indeed bring something to them. We must place ourselves in this narrow place (Tsar), bring troubles (Tsarot) upon ourselves, and the people will begin to blame and demand what was promised by us. But this is very necessary because then we will want to go to the teacher, demand it, and we will receive it from him.

When we begin to connect between us more and more strongly by contracting our circle, our connection becomes more and more dense. Within our very first connection we already discover the characteristic of the Creator, but it is revealed in a very weak form. This is called the world of Assiya.
From the first connection to the last connection there are 125 levels or five worlds, in each of which there are five spiritual Partzufim with five Sefirot in each of them. The wisdom of Kabbalah talks about all of this.
