  1. My understanding is, Malchut is our state of desires, like wanting to do something bad or wanting to be selfish-our egoism. And the upper is a sensation in us that happens when we bestow or reach bestowal because we have chosen, using the method and screen to transform a particular desire of egoism to think of others without wanting to receive anything in return and also to love others as ourselves instead. It is like taking the high road in a situation or being genuinely spiritually elevated. It isn’t a space outside of us, but a state within us that is elevated above our nature to desire things in an egoistic way. It is also the inner changes that make this method different from other methods out there, because it doesn’t look outside of ourselves to change a situation but inside of ourselves to do it.
